3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I choose to drive half hour to this Ford location for service. They are friendly and honest with whatever my car needs. I did purchase my car there 4 years ago and continue to come back for their service.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

Hannah was amazing we originaly went in to have a recall done on my Fiancees Jeep and we decided to look around and after looking for a little while we found one she wanted to test drive and we were looking for someone and Hannah asked if we had been helped yet and she proceeded to help us we eneded up buyimg the Durango she test drove and her daughter was with and she looked at a car also again Hannah helped her also and she ended up buying a vehicle also So then it was my turn i ended up buying a brand new Jeep Renigade Hannah was so helpfull to all 3 of us and she is so knowledgeable and friendly Hannah went above and beyond to help us all find vehicles that met our needs i will definetly. the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck

Hanna knows her job well and was very helpful with our purchase. She went over and above to make sure we were happy with the car we bought. She also set up all of our electronics to the car and was detailed on showing us how to use all features.

Most painless and fastest car buying experience ever. Joe Ard and the woman (apologies I don't remember your name) in finance we unbelievably awesome. And they stayed at least a half hour after close to handle things. The car needed gas and he went to the gas station with my daughter to get it for her. I have bought my last 3 cars from Walser and it took forever and I left mentally exhausted each time. High pressure push for all the extra add ons. If Luther does as well at all their locations as Joe did here--they will be my first stop from now on. The woman who helped us with financing got us a 2% lower rate than Walser offered as well. She was so kind through the whole process. Just felt like we were dealing with friends instead of salespeople. Thank you!

I found the car and trim i wanted at Benards...was pre-approved and got there at closing time. They were great They stayed open (I called ahead) and was in and out in less than an hour! Parker had the car cleaned up and pulled up ahead of time. Making my trip from the west side of the cities worth it!
