I saw a truck online. I called and set an appointment, and met with RJ. We drove the truck and sat down to discuss payment and price. He was not only able to meet my payment, he was able to obtain the financing through a real lender! Awesome job and a great buying experience! Thank you to RJ and his team!
When you like the meal at a restaurant you'd go back, when you like a movie you'd watch it again. When you like the experience of,..say, buying a car at a dealer, you'd return. I would go back to Cochran Subaru-Butler and Associate Brandon Fehl. Brandon has earned my trust,something I don't extend easily, especially when making the decision on a car. Brandon was recommended by a friend and I heartily pass that recommendation on. Brandon knew what I wanted and the price range and it fit to a tee. ....And like I said, I would go back there again.
If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come.....
When your salesman gets on the phone to GM Financial, and convinces them to bump us up a credit tier to get me in the payment range I wanted... That's outstanding service, thank you Aaron for going above and beyond to earn a customer for life.
The team took the time to go through all of the vehicle options with my husband and I when we went in to find a new family vehicle for our growing family. They answered all of our questions and broke everything down for us.

I'd have liked nothing more to gIve a 5 out of 5 but there were a couple nuances that were a bit off putting. Like any dealership, the end goal is to get you in the car you want. To be honest, the way they work was pretty streamlined to accomplish that.
When it came time for financing, they gave me a much better rate than I'd asked for, and matched trade in offer of another dealer, top marks for that.
Only real thing that bugged me was the gentleman I dealt with was a bit fast paced for me. Not aggressive at all, but liked to move on through topics. Overall though he was a good salesperson, who even called me about an item I left in my trade in. That might not be that impressive, but that's some fine customer service in my opinion.

Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Went so well the first time, my wife went back the next day and bought a vehicle from Josh too. Couldn't have gone better.
I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
It's always nice to know that shopping for and ultimately buying a vehicle doesn't have to be a frightening experience! We saw a car online that interested us, and made the 30 min drive out to Youngstown. We were met by Stan and he immediately helped us out. We knew what we wanted, and we knew what we had to trade in.
At no point did Stan try and upsell us, or push towards something we weren't interested in. He listened to us and helped us get the truck we wanted. He was very helpful throughout the process, and did an excellent job keeping us informed. It was absolutely worth the drive, and I will be referring others to him in the future!
