They really work hard toward helping you find what you are looking for if they don’t have it right then they don’t stop looking if you tell them your looking for something different then they will look for that they try and make there customers happy

We were having a problem with the blue-tooth on our radio. We met with Sara Winters. She has a great smile, is very friendly and knowledgeable. We want to complement her on her outstanding service in working with us and getting our problem solved. She was very professional and courteous.
We also had some batteries replaced in our fobs replaced in the Parts Department. Sara took us there and the young man on duty did change the batteries and he was very professional, friendly and courteous as well. We will gladly drive several miles to have the service done on our Chrysler because of the treatment we received at the Steve Jones Chrysler -Owensboro,KY Dealership.
I had a very good experience with this dealership. It took several days for my car repairs to be complete, but I was kept informed of the status and given a nice rental vehicle to drive. Excellent service.
I took my wife's car in for a passenger side mirror repair. I did a visual inspection, and found it was not installed properly. The tech was summoned to look at his work. After looking at it, I had to show him the obvious problem. The part replaced was hanging down about a quarter of an inch. He didn't see it. So I wonder if Dom Moore hires anyone off the street with a tool box? I certainly expected far more from a dealership, especially for a $212+ repair.
