In past visits I have had to bring my 300 back for the same issue meaning that it takes time away from me. I have had times were I could not talk to anyone when I called and called to to get my 300 serviced, I purchased my 300 from there it is a 2008 that I got it new at the end of 2007 and this the only place I take it for service. Why is there really no kind of customer appreciation for customers that keep letting cars be serviced there other than any where else.
My Salesperson was kind, understood I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it... The entire staff made sure I was happy and was especially kind because I am a veteran! They have awesome deals, it was an overall awesome experience!
Plaza service department received this rating because my experience was excellent and time worthy considering I did not have an appointment. I also obtained a service plan that was economical for future service to my vehicle.
I Live near Savannah,GA and saw a price on line for a Chrysler pacifica that was the car I wanted with the features I wanted at a very good price. I called the dealership and talked first to the internet manager who checked to see if they still had the car and set me up with a salesman devontre who verified that was the price of the car plus some minor paper work fees plus sales tax and said they could deliver the car to my Home which is about 3 hours from the dealership. Chrysler financing was higher than my credit union so they worked through the financing with the CU, took my down payment through my debit card and delivered the car to my home the next day. Everyone I dealt in sales up to and including the two people who delivered the car were very nice with no pressure and it all made for a very easy pleasant buying experience
The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I have been turned down for credit in the past and I was skeptical when they reached out to me. They greeted me like family when I came in. I was certain everything was about to change after They pulled my credit, I had financials issues in the past because of circumstances out of my control, but that’s when they rolled out the red carpet. Even the General Manager, Mr. Dowling, took the time to help me get the vehicle I love! He explained my situation is not unlike many others and he has my business for life. Thank you!!!
I VISIT JIMMY JONES ON 9/27 TO GET MY 2015 TOYOTA CAMRY SERVICE. i PAID FOR THE SERVICE BUT THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR AN OIL CHANGE, FLUID CHECK , AND TIRE ROTATED. LATER THAT DAY WHEN I TOOK THE TIME TO EXAMINE THE BILL, I WAS CHARGE FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT NEED OR REQUESTED. I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH JEREMY, WHO'S OVER THE SERVICE DEPT. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERN. TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE DID TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY ISSUES. I JUST WANTED TO THANK HIM.
I've purchased 2 new vehicles from Jimmy Jones. Love the staff and the deals I got. They offered me good, fair pricing for me that was worth the trip from Irmo.
My favorite thing was how laid back they are, not over bearing and pushy like the car dealers we've all experienced. I went on Memorial Day and they were grilling hamburgers and hot dogs.
When I am in the market again, they will be my first stop.
