Had an incredible buying experience at Ferman Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram. To sum it all up the overall experience was exceptional. I have not only purchased a 2016 Chrysler 300C but also a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Overland within a few days of each other due to Tina Robinson???s focus on making it a wonderful experience for me. Tina was willing to take whatever time needed to make sure I made the right choices. She was fun to deal with, friendly and a class act in respects to representing Ferman. Tina contacted me in response to me reaching out on an Internet search and was very helpful and very patient. When I went to the dealership, with knowing what I wanted in mind. She facilitated the process on both purchases and made the experience quite pleasant. (so many car salesmen associates tend to be "fast talkers", pushy, obnoxious shysters, make one feel like a piece of road kill with vultures swarming around and don't seem to hear well😕). Tina taken that extra steps to make me, the customer, very happy and more than satisfied with her professionalism beyond my expectations. Tina???s key values were patients, honesty and respectfulness. Scott Poth, the Finance Manager, another bright spot, completed the necessary documents and other paperwork very fast and made both car sales in all aspects of accuracy and stress free experiences. Accommodations at the dealership were very comfortable. "Attention to the Customer", want a Fantastic car buying experience, I definitely recommend going to Ferman Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram for your car buying needs.
