It is a very friendly atmosphere at Laird Noller. Jeff Cox made me feel like I was buying my new Jeep from a friend instead of a salesman. Steve, in the service department is also very friendly and knowledgeable as I have since had regular maintenance done. I have had some problems ( not caused by Laird Noller ) that were handled professionally and fairly by the dealer. I think that is the most important information to know because that builds trust. I bought my first Jeep from Laird Noller in 2014 and because that was a very satisfactory experience, I bought a Jeep for my daughter in January, 2016.
