We were having 2 issues with our Caravan and took our vehicle to Dick Huvaere Richmond Chrysler and Micheal Myslakowski met us at the service desk with a friendly smile and spoke in terms that I could understand -seeing I am not a machanic, Mike spoke to me and my husband ,not just my husband like I have had at other places. He advised us they would do a diagnostic test ( 2 ) one for the starter and one for the Erg valve. Micheal called prior to us agreeing on having them do the work once it was diagnosed. The price was what we expected ( I did appreciate them asking if we needed alignment and a few other things) when we declined the extras .He was not pushy , helped educate me on the work we were having done. To tell you the truth it was the first time I didn't feel like I was ran over by a Mack truck getting work done on my car, it was a stress free experience. I did have them do the work it was fast once the car was looked at. The Service men even fixed my door that has been a creeky issue for sometime ,without me even asking them to do it. Talk about a pleasant surprise ! This type of quality Customer service is hard to find these days, If you are thinking about having your vehicle looked at ,don't hesitate about going to Dick's ,ask for Mike ,they are fair priced and the work is quality.
