This place is fabulous to buy a car from! Typically I play the "bad guy" when helping my mother shop for a new car. When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
Friendly service in a low-pressure environment. The best part was that after we made our purchase, Jose still responded to a concern we had within minutes of our emailing him. Though the dealership had no requirement to do so, they made things right for us when we found a minor problem after purchase.

Both the sales man (Paul Sangeudolce) and the finance person (Magdalena Babiarz) were very tentative & helped our mother who is 74 years old get herself a new car. They both spend time with her and explained everything instead of just getting her to buy a car then get her out the door. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
Every time I bring my car for service I’m greeted with a smile by Tim my service rep. He makes you feel so welcome and the team is prompt and efficient. Beautiful, comfortable, spotless facilities. Reasonable pricing. Honest assessment and don’t try to add on things that aren’t necessary. I won’t go anywhere else.
