I'm 600 miles away and he gave me the information like he was buying the car, basically everything I need to know, didnt held back knowing that I'm investing my time picking it up. When I first purchased my car, the process was smooth and fast. Cindy in the finance office is just awesome. When they contacted my previous lienholder to get a payoff, they got the wrong amount(on both cars I purchased.) which resulted to a balance owed to the previous lienholder. I went back and forth with Fletcher(them always telling me it would be taken care of) for THREE months! This resulted in three late payments on my credit report! FINALLY after driving the hour back down there because I was tired of my calls not being returned, LaToya in the title office fixed all my issues in one time.. Mind you, three months later. After weeks of searching the huge lots around Conway, Little Rock, Sherwood and Benton. After weeks of being pushed, told what I wanted wasn't really what I wanted, and flat lied to by multiple big name dealerships (and walking off many lots) I drove the 75 miles (one way) today and bought what I wanted for the price I wanted. Everybody there was friendly and not pushy from the first phone call to the door of my new ride being held open for me to drive off.
