Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
I worked with Adib when I bought my Grand Cherokee. From start to finish it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It helps that the vehicle is amazing but the process was so easy that I can't imagine buying anywhere else. Granted I think the car buying experience is what you make it, but I went to several dealerships to test drive other vehicles and I dreaded every second. Adib was so relaxed that it made me relaxed. The paperwork was quick and easy and they weren't aggressive with me in any way. It was so nice to feel that they respected me and my time. It has been several months since I bought the car and they have followed up with me about the Jeep and performed routine maintenance. I couldn't be more impressed.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. The process was smooth and everyone there was courteous and professional. I would recommend Sam and the dealership to others.

I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.

My salesman was amazing and friendly. No pressure showed me 3 cars. Loved 3rd car cake back next day to buy. Told I could stop by dealer and they would help me out with a couple issues with vehicle. However, after I signed papers salesman wouldn't help me and just kept repeating that I have to make an appt with service dept. For something as simple as removing bolts that hold license plate (tightened down with screw gun).
