We would like to thank Charles Bruce for his excellent customer service every time we bring our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service or repair. Recently we were going out of town and needed our key fob reprogramed for safety reasons. Mr Bruce got us in right away so we didn’t have to worry while we were away. We will continue to bring both of our Jeeps to Auburn Jeep Dodge.
The circumstances of this purchase were not your average new car purchase. That being said we would like to express our gratitude to Josh for his efforts in streamlining the process. Very good salesman and would recommend him highly.
Yesterday I finally scheduled an overdue recall service. My last dealer service experience in Roseville was not so pleasant and is likely one of the reasons I had put off the needed service. I called the number on the recall letter, they connected me to Allison at Auburn Dodge and she immediately scheduled an am apt and shuttle for a ride home.
Forest was courteous and efficient in getting my truck checked in and Edgar the shuttle driver got me home in time for a 10a.m apt! Shannon called around lunch to report that vehicle will be ready for pick up around 2pm and that my oil change and tire rotation were already in the system and paid for;.) I appreciate having a local dealer option thanks for the service!
It’s always a good feeling to drop off your car for maintenance and not have to stress about taking it in. From making the appointment, service advisor, mechanic to picking it up, things went smooth and my car was well taken care of!
My Dodge Ram 3500 had issues with both the automatic transmission and cruise control functions, so I dropped the truck at Auburn CDJR for the necessary repairs. Brian Evans was very helpful and communicated professionally with me throughout the repair process.

Originally went to carmax to purchase my first new car, went there after going onto their online pre qualification generator and payment generator. When I arrived at carmax the payments were 10x higher than originally stated and their service was overall disappointing. Frustrated I went back home and got online and found the same vehicle at AutoNation and it was 4 thousand dollars cheaper than carmax sent in an inquiry and within 5 mins I received a call from AutoNation , Tom the salesman was very helpful and informative over the phone and got me approved for a loan in minutes he also worked with me and got my monthly payments lowered to what I felt comfortable paying. Overall the best experience I’ve had at a dealership, I’ve visted many on my path to purchasing a new car and they’ve all been pushy except for AutoNation.
Service person said I needed synthetic oil but I later checked with my regular service tech and he checked previous oil changes and I never had synthetic oil so he told the guy changing the oil to NOT use synthetic oil and he said he wouldn’t. After I got home I realized I had been charged for synthetic oil. Not happy about that. You couldn’t tell from the invoice but the charge was higher.
