I honestly haven’t even bought my vehicle yet but after Speaking to kat mason my decision is made. I was planing on buying my car somewhere else but after I spoke to the staff at Scott Evans I decide to take my business there instead. They called me first thing in the morning to get more information about what I was looking for and I know when I finally get my vehicle I’ll be satisfied with my decision again thank you to kat mason for providing such an amazing service just on the phone I can’t wait to meet her in person.

My second visit for car maintenance to this facility and the entire experience is based on technology, the best trusted service, and my experience as a customer. They understand that leaving your car for maintenance is second only to going to the doctor and they make it as easy as possible with lots of ways to communicate and address questions and concerns. Visibility to my bill is much appreciated and there are no concerns from booking to the appointment to calling me with updates to paying my bill that wasn't easy and trusted.
Very friendly staff. Several know me by name.. and I am not there that much.. but they know me and my 4 Jeeps. Service isn't backed up so that it takes 3 hrs for an oil change like some of the other dealerships in the area. They are very efficient and understand that good service with the ability to provide timely is what the customer needs.
I was truly impressed with the teamwork shown during my visit. They went over and above my expectations to put me in the car of my dreams! Thank you Norris and Gerald for tag teaming to make sure my travels from Alabama was not a waste. I commend you both and would highly recommend you to anyone searching for a vehicle.

My last two visits for service on my Grand Cherokee have been handled with extreme courtesy and professionalism by Jay. Thankfully, both of my services were thorough and efficient. I appreciate Jay's diligence in addressing my concerns and his focus on complete customer satisfaction. I look forward to continued support from Paulding Chrysler Jeep's Service Department.
From the sale he was great and then after the sale he was not one of the sales people that just left you. He was there through the entire process and after. I had leather installed after the fact and he stayed on top of things when there was a delay. I also had not received my tag and the temporary tag was about to expire so I panicked. He was responsive to me and checked to make sure it was in route. I would recommend this dealership and Gerald specifically.
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price
Jacob was really great and helped me find what I was looking for. He was friendly and made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend him to any family or friend.
