After weeks of searching the huge lots around Conway, Little Rock, Sherwood and Benton. After weeks of being pushed, told what I wanted wasn't really what I wanted, and flat lied to by multiple big name dealerships (and walking off many lots) I drove the 75 miles (one way) today and bought what I wanted for the price I wanted. Everybody there was friendly and not pushy from the first phone call to the door of my new ride being held open for me to drive off. Bradly simply asked what I was looking for and they made it happen. It was totally worth the trip down. Thank you Red River Malvern! I highly recommend anyone shop them
I shopped around and talked to several dealers within about 50 miles. I was told about the Red River Dodge dealer in Malvern, Ar. and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff as well as their product knowledge and actually caring about what I was looking for in a vehicle. Now that I have found these great bunch of people, I will not deal with any other for a vehicle in the future...and neither will anyone else I tell.
Had bought a 2017 Chevy Camaro Convertible back in May, 2018 and had a terrible experience. Needed service on the convertible top and Scott Williams went over and above to make sure it got fixed. He changed my outlook on this dealership for the better. Can't say enough thanks!
I didn't end up buying the car because of my budget, but working with Cowboy was definitely a pleasant experience. Seems to be a very trustworthy guy. I'm 600 miles away and he gave me the information like he was buying the car, basically everything I need to know, didnt held back knowing that I'm investing my time picking it up. He also gave me a quote for delivery since he has friend. He called his friend on the spot and got him surprised too!
Purchased a Jeep Patriot, they beat any price I could find. Not only did they beat the price their documentation fee is very reasonable vs some that are outrageous. They delivered the vehicle over 200 miles to complete the deal. If you're concerned about buying on-line, don't be these guys make it easy
They were a little slow in responding to my inquiry at first. The first time I spoke with them I was told the vehicle I was checking on was still in their inventory. I them asked a few questions about the vehicle. The next response from them was that the vehicle had been sold and was not in good condition. Not a very good experience.
We live near Houston, Texas and were shopping for a used vehicle on-line. Shannon replied to our inquiry and we arranged to visit the Dealership...she met us at the dealership and had the vehicle we were interested in ready for us. She was very easy to talk to and a joy to be with. We purchased the vehicle and still remain in contact. I would highly recommend this Dealership and Shannon! :)
I tagged along for my moms used car purchase, her salesman, Justin Hemphill, was definitely willing to work with her, very knowledgeable and had the best attitude. He got her the best deal possible. I am actually in here again, this time getting my oil changed on a vehicle I purchased somewhere else, and the service people are awesome too! Will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle!
