Since we bought our Jeep on 4/12/2016 we have been pleased with the service received at Sierra Jeep. We have dealt with several other dealerships In Los Angeles and because of the way things have been handled at Sierra Jeep, we chose to return when picking a new vehicle. We felt Rami was up front and honest with us when purchasing our new car. We prefer working with Rami because he knows us yet all the sales staff have treated us well.

I had a bad experience with another dealer so called Sierra Dodge because they had the Jeep I wanted in stock. They offered to match the deal I was getting with the other dealer and were so much nicer to work with. This dealership has a small family feel where they actually treat you like you matter instead of just another means to meat a quota. Would definitely recommend them!

The service writers and all the staff are beyond nice all the time! From parts to mechanics to front desk, they are the best.
My only complaint is there is no quite zone away from the TVs and music to hang out. :-(
I purchased a Chevy Express 1500 a week ago and had great service. Oscar the salesman was very down to earth and I did not feel pressured at all. He worked with me to get the vehicle lined up and set up finance through the dealership. It did not take long and I was out of there within a couple of hours. This is my dream van and I appreciate all of their work to help me acquire it.
