My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

I went prepared to see two cars I saw on their site. So I knew what we wanted. It makes it easier. Off Lease Auto was amazing. Has(Haz) treated us kindly. No bull crap on price. Very friendly and the whole time he let us know exactly what was going on. He was happy to answer all my questions. Ira was wonderful with the paperwork. He was happy that I actually read EVERY document. ( I read fast😊) More people should really read what they are signing. If you don't understand something then ask. We got there at 9:30 am (had appointment with Haz) We drove out with New/used car by 1:30 pm. A lot of my customers recommended Off Lease Only. And I'm happy they did. It will be a week with my car this Saturday. So far so good. We got a 2016 Hyundai Accent for $8700. That price included all the taxes etc. ______________ I looked online at CarMax. The cars had soooooo many miles. Do your homework before you buy. Look online. The reviews on dealers are very helpful. Look at reviews of car you are buying.

Very professional! Quality inventory! Fairly priced! I spotted a nice little Jeep Compass with low miles and approached Hayden Lewis via the internet. I was currently working on several cars from Charleston, SC to Fla. Hayden responded promptly as we entered in to a back and forth question and negotiation session. After a slight impasse, Hayden engaged his mngr Mr Robinson(also very professional)and we came to an agreement. Saturday morning I drove 190 miles with my wife and daughter arriving just after 9 am to find our new car clean and ready to test drive. We already discussed money and method of payment acceptable to all, subject to an in person viewing and test drive. Everything was as discussed and in order. Quick drive, finalized paperwork and we were back in Hilton Head by 2 pm. I give Hayden and his team/dealership a 100% rating and would drive to do another deal in a heartbeat. I will personally recommend Hayden and his dealership. Thank you for actually doing what you said you'd do...the first time!

I went with my girlfriend yesterday to help her find a car. We went to a buy here pay here (EZ Own Car Sales) West Palm Beach cause her credit is not good at all. They tried to sell us a Jeep Patriot with 90,000 miles for $12,000. Wanted her 2009 Jetta (Transmission out) and a $1,500 down payment. Me being in sales my whole life and also being a car salesman myself I knew this was a complete rip off. (The BB had it listed at $8,000) A friend of mine had gone to off lease the month prior and got a car. So I called him and referred me to Doug. Who I must say is the nicest most honest man I???ve ever met in my life. I have to thank Monty, Amy up stairs and Blendia in insurance. If it wasn???t for this team diligently working for 4 hours my girlfriend would have never gotten a 2017 Elentra with 35,000 for 12,000 out the door. With a $297 payment. A $297 PAYMENT WITH HORRIBLE CREDIT!! I am lost for words really. So if you need a car please don???t go anywhere else I promise you coming from a saleman himself you will not be disappointed!!

I had probably the best car sales person ever and her name is, Cindy Hedbing. I have invested LOTS of time looking into a specific vehicle, which is the Nissan Leaf. I work in the Orlando area and my job offers "free" charging stations for electric vehicles, thus is the reason I wanted a Leaf. After weeks and weeks of searching, I found a Leaf at Off Lease Only's Palm Beach, FL value lot location and it was beyond the best price I have seen within the US. Naturally, you think, "this price is to good to be true.. What???s wrong with it?" I was not about to drive three hours and find out the car was a dud. Luckily, at 8:30PM on a weekday (mind you, they close at 9PM), I called and was taken to Cindy as my representative. She was awesome from the get go. She didn't know much about the car, but even though her shift was almost over, she walked over to the car and answered every question I could have. She took pictures of any knick/scratches that she could find, took pictures of the tires, and sent all of the pictures to me via text, while I was talking to her. As I was starting to trust her more and more, I asked, "Would you mind driving it around the lot for me?" She said "absolutely!" with eagerness in her tone. She started driving it and admitted that she never thought she would ever like electric cars, but she was starting to like this one. She gave me her personal critiques and reviews over the phone as she drove it. I told her, "Well, I am sold." I asked her if she would have the car taken to Nissan so I could pay and have it inspected - she made arrangements for me that same day (Nissan said it was in great condition and the price is unbelievable). Least to say, if it was not for Cindy, there is no way I would have been confident enough to buy the car, but because I had Cindy, I just drove home with the Nissan leaf today (as of July 23, 2016)! I was so glad to come in person and meet her. She is truly a sweet heart; both my wife and I loved her. I can only say that I wish more car sales reps were like Cindy. I would also like to mention how thankful we are for Will Renwick (another rep at Off Lease). My wife and I borrowed my parent's 2015 Expedition and had a car trailer attached (I've never had to drive a trailer before, which is embarrassing to say). This guy got into the car, backed up and pulled the car in the best spot and talked me through each step to get our new Nissan Leaf onto the trailer. Based on our experience, Off Lease Only has the best employees and car prices. We would absolutely come here again. Thank you Cindy for everything! And thank you Will for helping us when you didn't have to!

I was gifted a 2008 Honda Civic for my college graduation and after a good 8 years behind the wheel, I decided that it was time I made my first car purchase. I had been able to put off the buy for many years, mostly because I was intimidated by the process of choosing a car. What if I made the wrong choice? I was overwhelmed by having a car loan. What if I can't afford it! And lastly, I was intimidated by the whole process. What if I have the misfortune of working with one of those "Stereotypical Used Car Salesman Character" that I had seen in the movies? I was overwhelmed. But when I was referred by a family member to Joe Duval at Off Lease Only- I figured it was finally time to trade in my Civic for some new wheels. Even before we met face-to-face, Joe reached out to me and expressed how excited he was to get me my dream car. I was honest with him about my lack of knowledge, but for the first time, I didn't feel like he would use that get get himself a better sale. He wanted me to UNDERSTAND the process. Even more so, he wanted me to be EXCITED for my car. His enthusiasm was infectious. And before I knew it, I was talking makes and models like I never had before. The morning we met, Joe was already prepared with a list of 5 cars he had already done the boots on the ground research on the previous day. I couldn't imagine looking through their 1,200 cars to narrow it down to 5. But he did. And all 5 were exactly what I was looking for and right in my price-range. Joe didn't use car-lingo that I didn't understand. He made sure that not only I, but my mother and sister (who I brought as back-up!) were clear on everything discussed as well. I could tell he knew how much I valued their opinions and he did a great job of making them feel welcome. He explained EVERYTHING I could expect with each car. He was straight-up and honest. He didn't sugarcoat and he didn't seem to sway me in the direction of the more expensive option. I trusted that he wanted what was best for ME. When I finally landed on "THE" car (a 2015 gunmetal Nissan Rogue!!) - it was time to discuss numbers. Another intimidating factor of the experience. When I met with Lennox from the Financing Team- I could tell he could do this in his sleep. He was knowledgeable and trustworthy - exactly the type of person you want to meet in a financing office. What I expected to be the most grueling part of the day was quick and painless! He answered all of my questions and I left feeling that I made the best decision as far as payment. Thank you, Lennox! All in all, I can't wait to take my Rogue on the road. And almost feel guilty that I'm already daydreaming about the other cars on the lot! I can't wait to go back to Off Lease for my next buy- whenever that may be. But having the experience that I did, I wouldn't be surprised if it took me way less than 8 years for my next auto purchase. THANK YOU, JOE AND LENNOX AND THE WHOLE OFF LEASE TEAM!

I researched this vehicle for one and one-half ( 1/2) YEARS. I'm a Santa. My Chair is 6 feet tall. I have Earl Campbell Disease, so I have to ride around on a scooter most of the time. (They don't make them big enough for Earl.) I flew into Orlando with my scooter and two toy poodles from Dallas. We live in Tyler, more than 100 miles from Dallas. Julio met me at the Orlando Airport within five (5) minutes of me calling him and chauffeured us to your lot directly. My vehicle was waiting, but its description was incorrect. From my vantage point on my scooter I did not realize the discrepancy until that night in Tampa. Next morning I called the dealership and told them what happened. I drove back to Orlando from Tampa and met Jimmy, who is an absolute SAINT. He watched over and looked after me like a mother hen one of her chicks. I test drove and completed the paperwork on the exchanged vehicle (same price) in time to meet my granddaughter for breakfast before leaving for Texas the next morning. The price of your vehicle was $4700.00 LESS than the cheapest price I could find in 18 months in Texas for a comparable vehicle. If I spent $1000 on the trip, even with the extra night, I'd be surprised. This is a net savings of at least $3700.00 PLUS I got to visit with my granddaughter and have a great trip. THANK YOU! I'll be recommending your program for sure.

So I have a story to tell. I never dealt with off-lease before this past purchase. My wife and I were needing a pick-up truck because we want to trailer an RV out West this coming year. I found a RAM 1500 V8 Laramie online at Off-Lease Orlando. I went down to look at the truck. It was beautiful. I purchased it onsite and rushed through the process because I had a doctors appointment later that same day. As luck would have it, once I was home with the truck, I noticed it was a V6, NOT a V8. I was not a happy camper since I was purchasing the truck to haul an RV. I looked at the trailering capacity of that RAM and it was only 4300 lbs. (Not much in the world of travel trailers). My BIG problem came when I realized that I was stuck at work for several days and could simply not make it back to Off-Lease within the five day grace period. So I was quite perturbed. I felt like Off-Lease miss-represented the RAM on their website and I bought it thinking it was a V8. I sent a review reflecting my disappointed sentiments...and within 10 minutes I received an email back from Mike Mosher telling me that they would be in touch with me shortly. Approximately 2 minutes later my phone rang and it was Mrs.Rizzo (off-lease customer service manager). I cannot tell you how kind she was. She assured me that the 5 day grace period would be waived because of my circumstance. She apologized for the mistaken webpage advertisement and promised me that they would fix the issue whenever I had the time to bring my RAM in and find a truck that suited my needs. I dealt with the Orlando location personnel when I was able to get back into off-lease with my RAM. John Aviles was initially my customer service rep but then Joshua took over for John who had family leave arranged (him and his wife had a baby! God Bless you???re new addition John!). Anyway, Joshua took over for him. I was getting a bit frustrated at this point because things were moving slow and I wasn???t getting the return phone calls I felt I should be getting from Off-Lease...but this was due to the extremely busy atmosphere at the Orlando location. In my opinion, they need a larger facility and more personnel. It???s like a mad house in that place. Reminds me of the New York stock exchange in there. After Joshua finally got back with me, I didn???t find any vehicles that I liked in their inventory. Again feeling frustrated, I checked the other Off-Lease locations. I found a Nissan Titan V8 4x4 that was rated to pull 9,100 lbs in Palm Beach. A beauty! And the power I needed. Joshua offered to transfer the truck up to Orlando, but I felt I could run down there and check it out with much less hassle to them So I went down to OFF-Lease Palm Beach and WHAT A GREAT OPERATION THEY HAVE GOING ON DOWN THERE! Big beautiful facility! Clean! Bright! Professional! Serving tons of custumers! Not all jammed packed in there like sardines and with plenty of help from an AWESOME staff. So starting with Ralph Fields the sales rep! What a wonderful welcoming man. Thank you Ralph for guiding me through the process smoothly and answering all my questions! Then Amy the finance lady! What a warm soul she has. She made me feel like family. She even saved me a few bucks with a small detail that I would not have thought about. God Bless you Amy and thank you. And finally to Albert the GM. I am more than sure that the characteristics of your people are a reflection of you. Your site is extremely smooth running, organized, super friendly and helpful. There was even a nice sense of fun but professional humor within the place. Albert, you should be proud. In the end, I did get the truck I needed and wanted...and everything worked out...thanks to Melissa Rizzo (who even gave me her personal cell and told me to call her directly if I had any issues fixing this problem). Took my 08 Escape in for a misfire with no check engine light. Quicklane was unable to diagnose, they sent car to service department said it may take a few days for them to get to it & offered me a rental. Before leaving I asked multiple times if there was going to be a charge for the rental and was told no it was taken care of. When I came back to pick car up later that day I was told problem was spark plugs and got a quote of $845. Since I could not afford another day off work I asked the tech numerous times if the only problem was the plugs & he assured of plugs changed car would be good. I changed plugs & problem temporarily fixed. Over next 2 weeks problem gradually came back & worsened. Brought car back to Quicklane for oil change & told them misfire problem not resolved I was told to call service. Called service was told had to pay another diagnostics fee, service advisor finally agreed to do diagnostic for free. I tried to set appt for diagnostic on a Saturday & was told they have no crews on Saturdays, even though I just got a flyer from them saying hours are Mon-Fri 7-6 and Sat 8-4. So I have to wait 3 weeks for a week day off work to bring the car in(if it makes it). I have paid $179 for diagnostic test that was incorrect and a rental car that I was told I would not be charged for. Bozard was very quick to take my $ but not so quick to help resolve the issue. Update- received a call from Octavia @ Bozard she did everything to make this right. Offered to pick up my car and give me a rental while they diagnosed issues, also refunded all my $. She was absolutely a pleasure to deal with.

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

I went with my girlfriend yesterday to help her find a car. We went to a buy here pay here (EZ Own Car Sales) West Palm Beach cause her credit is not good at all. They tried to sell us a Jeep Patriot with 90,000 miles for $12,000. Wanted her 2009 Jetta (Transmission out) and a $1,500 down payment. Me being in sales my whole life and also being a car salesman myself I knew this was a complete rip off. (The BB had it listed at $8,000) A friend of mine had gone to off lease the month prior and got a car. So I called him and referred me to Doug. Who I must say is the nicest most honest man I???ve ever met in my life. I have to thank Monty, Amy up stairs and Blendia in insurance. If it wasn???t for this team diligently working for 4 hours my girlfriend would have never gotten a 2017 Elentra with 35,000 for 12,000 out the door. With a $297 payment. A $297 PAYMENT WITH HORRIBLE CREDIT!! I am lost for words really. So if you need a car please don???t go anywhere else I promise you coming from a saleman himself you will not be disappointed!!

The Cummins engine and recent upgrades to the 2500 Ram are a great mix. I’ve owed a Ford F-250 and while I think the general quality of the Fords may be a bit better, the overall performance of the Ram far exceeds the Ford. On top of that, I have navigation, heated/cooled leather trim, CarPlay, and tons of other features that you end up paying for in similar Chevy or Ford trims.

Best car buying experience ever. I am a very savvy car, buyer. I was in no hurry to buy my new car. I live in Tallahassee, but was willing to go as far as Orlando to get a good deal. I received offers from about 12 different dealers. The price for the same vehicle varied by 1000's of dollars. Several dealers would give me low prices, but would not follow up with a formal offer. I finally found Orange Park Chrysler Jeep in Jacksonville, FL. My first interaction was with Richard Bateman who gave me a very detailed breakdown of the out the door price, right down to the $2.00 lemon law fee. During our negotiations, which was done via email, Richard had to leave so he directed my correspondence to Blake Roberts who took over and helped compete the deal without stepping foot in the dealer. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle Gene Myers took over and explained all the paperwork, discussed warranty, free oil changes and was very friendly and professional. I next met with Thomas Bobango who setup the financing and again was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in my new Jeep Patriot in no time at all. Orange Park Chrysler gave me the best price of all the other dealers, was professional and courteous and made the purchasing of a new car a pleasure.

Cindy was the best Car Sales Rep ever!

I had probably the best car sales person ever and her name is, Cindy Hedbing. I have invested LOTS of time looking into a specific vehicle, which is the Nissan Leaf. I work in the Orlando area and my job offers "free" charging stations for electric vehicles, thus is the reason I wanted a Leaf. After weeks and weeks of searching, I found a Leaf at Off Lease Only's Palm Beach, FL value lot location and it was beyond the best price I have seen within the US. Naturally, you think, "this price is to good to be true.. What???s wrong with it?" I was not about to drive three hours and find out the car was a dud. Luckily, at 8:30PM on a weekday (mind you, they close at 9PM), I called and was taken to Cindy as my representative. She was awesome from the get go. She didn't know much about the car, but even though her shift was almost over, she walked over to the car and answered every question I could have. She took pictures of any knick/scratches that she could find, took pictures of the tires, and sent all of the pictures to me via text, while I was talking to her. As I was starting to trust her more and more, I asked, "Would you mind driving it around the lot for me?" She said "absolutely!" with eagerness in her tone. She started driving it and admitted that she never thought she would ever like electric cars, but she was starting to like this one. She gave me her personal critiques and reviews over the phone as she drove it. I told her, "Well, I am sold." I asked her if she would have the car taken to Nissan so I could pay and have it inspected - she made arrangements for me that same day (Nissan said it was in great condition and the price is unbelievable). Least to say, if it was not for Cindy, there is no way I would have been confident enough to buy the car, but because I had Cindy, I just drove home with the Nissan leaf today (as of July 23, 2016)! I was so glad to come in person and meet her. She is truly a sweet heart; both my wife and I loved her. I can only say that I wish more car sales reps were like Cindy. I would also like to mention how thankful we are for Will Renwick (another rep at Off Lease). My wife and I borrowed my parent's 2015 Expedition and had a car trailer attached (I've never had to drive a trailer before, which is embarrassing to say). This guy got into the car, backed up and pulled the car in the best spot and talked me through each step to get our new Nissan Leaf onto the trailer. Based on our experience, Off Lease Only has the best employees and car prices. We would absolutely come here again. Thank you Cindy for everything! And thank you Will for helping us when you didn't have to!

Great truck

I’ve always had a truck. Now that I have kids my previous extended cab wasn’t cutting it. Kids had trouble getting in and out and forget the whole kicking the back of daddy’s seat. This time around I settled on the ram mega cab. Day and night. If your a truck guy with little ones, this truck is a must. The kids can recline the back seat and knock out, giving you a pleasant drive. I’m truly shocked that Ford or Chevy haven’t come up with their mega cab version. The only other truck I considered was the tundra since they also have a roomy crew cab but unfortunately they don’t make it with a diesel. I bit the bullet and spent the extra 10k for the Cummings, occasionally pull a camping trailer. Hope this helped.
