Used 2019 RAM 2500 for Sale in Killeen, TX

Returning home from long hunting trip 4 1/2 to 5 hours from home, engine light came on making the trip somewhat stressful. Made it to Stanley dealership in Gatesville where I purchased the vehicle. Explained issue to lady at service desk who had lost her voice but was a trooper and getting the job done the the lady in office next door came up listened to the story took the truck in right away got it repaired and put wife and I back on the road ASAP. Many thanks to the lady’s in the service dept as well as the mechanic himself for job well done. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I bought a used 2015 Nissan Altima, totally, over the internet from Lucy Skirvin at Dodge Country Killeen. She was very patient (emails) and handled all the necessary paper work and financing. I bought the car, sent her a credit card deposit and the next day arrived at Dodge Country to finish the deal. I was met in the parking lot by Raul Rivera and he had reserved an upfront parking space for me. Then less then 30 minutes later I was in the finance mgrs. office signing the deal. Since I live 98 miles from Killeen, Raul got Christopher Rodriquez and Nick Schroeder to follow me home and deliver my car! Dodge Country made me feel like a VIP and I have never been treated so professionally at a car dealership. I will surely buy my next car from Dodge Country, Killeen and recommend others experience this dealers Pro Customer Service. Just what I was looking for and I’m very pleased. Would definitely buy the same vehicle again. Took awhile to find the right interior but well worth the wait.

I was a little discouraged after another dealership in town had left a bad taste in my mouth. I kept getting a lot of "No's" or dealerships that wanted really big down payments. When you live paycheck to paycheck, that can be a little disheartening. I came across Performance Motors coincidentally. I put in my application and got a call right away from Jason. I explained my situation to him (by which was a little complicated) but he said that he would do everything in his power to make sure that I got into a car. From there, I began to work with Rebecca, who was so sweet and patient with me (I say that because I called about 10 times a day) She guided me the rest of the way and between her and Jason got me approved for a car with a low down payment and within my budget. Everything went VERY smoothly. What's even greater about the experience is that it did not take weeks. THREE DAYS TOTAL from start to finish. Had I not had such a complicated situation, it probably would've taken less. The staff is phenomenal. They understand the consumer and that life happens to people. They were very sincere. I even had to give them a HUGE hug when I got my keys. I can't thank them enough for their customer service, their patience, and understanding. I would definitely lease or buy from them AGAIN AND AGAIN. You guys ROCK!!!!

The Tradesman 2500 is a great work truck with solid power and load capacity, while having tons of comfort and design features. I do wish the Hemi had better fuel economy...it’s basically the same as my 2002.

Traded in my wife's Mazda 3 for a 2012 Subaru WRX. Was working with Jesus Perez. Was in the office no longer than an hour. Payments are great, especially for the type of car he was able to let me drive off in. Would recommend this place to friends or anyone looking for a good deal on a great vehicle. Their selection is pretty good, park passed the actual lot.

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

This truck has the payload i needed to pull my travel trailer. Plenty of power, rides good, great looking paint job. One of the quietest running trucks I have ever owned

Amazing truck. Towed great and is comfortable on long trips!! Highly recommend. Has tons of storage and plenty of foot and leg room. The 8ft bed in my opinion is a must have and glad I have it!!

I can't believe it what Mac Haik did for me but it all come down to this 1 guy that goes by the name "Mr. Wayne in the service department." Yall did a good job by hiring him. If any body works at a car dealership in the service department reading my comment, go by mac haik in visit this guy. You can learn a thing of two my experience at mac haik: when your car messed up, your head messed up.. I was going crazy.. Angry & sad looks was the only thing showing up on my face. A smile was nowhere to be found.. I came to visit Mac haik due to a loud noise up under my Chrysler 200 2015 but wasn't understanding where the noise came from and how did it get there. I bought this car brand new, shouldn't nothing goes wrong. well, I thought.. I called up to mac haik to tell them what's the problem and they sounded so sincere about helping me out. They transfer my call to Mr. wayne and I begin telling him what I think was wrong. He told me to come see him the next day as soon as they open. (The noise sounding like a major problem I mean guys yall couldn't help but hear it. you can hit a little bump in the road, slightly turn, do below the speed limit, and even stop at a red light nomatter what you do you was going to hear the noise. I had a little doubt I must admit, all I was thinking about this is unfixable. The noise was louder than 20 to 50 kids at a carnival.. and that's loud)I went to go see mr. wayne the next day and he test drove my car. His face was priceless I just knew it, I had to go look around for a new car because this was unfixable. My face begin to hang low and water from my eyes was almost showing. Mr. wayne looked at me with a smile and said, I gotta take care of this, I don't like the sound of this at all. I'm get you all fixed up." the smile I thought was gone finally showed up. I can't believe the words that came out his mouth. I was so ready to drop it off but due to this one little problem. I couldn't. I work two jobs and go to school and this car was my only transportation. My. wayne also informed me that Chrysler don't do loaner cars the face I just had a minute ago begin changing. mr. wayne told me, "don't give up on me just yet, I'm go in there and talk to the men who run things around here too see what can we do." he came back and said I got you a rental and this was a minor problem and he would have me back on the road no time not hearing a sound. Mr. wayne did just that and more. I received my car the next day and couldn't here a sound.. I just want to thank everybody down to Mac haik.. Mr. wayne.. the mens who worked on my car. Yall the best dealership in texas. I'm so glad I chose yall.. keep up the good work. "mr. wayne is the name if your car not acting right." he go make sure you'll leave happy

This truck is amazing, drives very well, handles great for a big truck, and has all the little features i care for. ONLY reason my overall is not 5 stars is because it is a gas guzzler. Driving extremely slow is the only way i could average over 12mpg. Besides that, i love this truck, and i have purchased the Mopar Lifetime Care since i plan on keeping it a LONG time.
