My first time experience at this dealership was very positive. My service appointment for installation of an accessory for my RAM 1500 was made by Charles for 7:30AM. I arrived 10 min. early and within one minute was greeted and about 3 min. later Charles came out to discuss my appointment. The final price was $5.00 less than the quoted price, but I didn't complain and when work on the vehicle was almost finished, Charles informed of some "software" upgrades that were available and there would be no charges if I wanted them (I had them installed which added about 40 min. to the job).
It should be noted that I tried to purchase and have this accessory installed at a Dodge / RAM dealer that is located at the Tucson Auto Mall which is about 9 miles closer to my home. When I called the Auto Mall dealer and explained what I wanted, I was transferred to the Service Dept. to explain what I wanted, then I got transferred to the Parts Dept. to check on availability of the parts (the item needed to be ordered), then I got transferred back to the Service Dept. to check on the installation cost, then I was about to be transferred back to Parts to find out how long to get the parts but I hung up because this dealer made me feel like I was a middle-man instead of a customer.
I will return to Larry Miller Dodge / RAM for any future needs for my RAM 1500 truck.
