I work nights, and they went out of their way to bring the car for a test drive, the paperwork and the car to me. My experience was unusual in that the check engine light came on as they were bringing the car for the test drive. They did send it to the Kia dealership for repairs as the car was still under warranty from Kia. The only problem that I had was that nobody kept me informed as to what was going on with the car. While I understand that it was Kia that was the problem, somebody could have picked up the phone and kept me in the loop. That all being said, this is a good dealership to work with and I would probably purchase from them again.

My interaction with the sales team has been very professional since I started my journey with finding a new car. Being with the Toyota family for 18+ years, I didn’t expect anything else. My salesman Reggie was really helpful from day 1. The process was easy and straight to the point!

The Web chat person was helpful in scheduling an appointment for which I scheduled. I dropped my car off for the oil change. I got a call it was ready in about 3.5 hours.

I am very blessed and thankful to have my salesman Mr. Jimmy Rooker. After I phoned him this morning needing to get my car in for overdue service he advised that he would phone me right back. Mr. Rooker called me and asked if I could arrive at 1:00pm. I told him I was on the way and he said he had spoken to Roger and was waiting for my arrival. Upon meeting Roger in the service area he began to inspect my vehicle and tell me what needed to be done. While my car was being serviced l visited the service area and met with my salesman Mr. Rooker and thanked him for assisting me and solving my vehicle problem. Barbara delivered A1 service at Kia Mt Moriah. It didnt take all day and she made our experience enjoyable and not dreadful. Barbara was very informative and helped us find the best car for our budget. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Good communication with customer. Helped me look for vehicle and sent me any videos or photos I needed. They had lots of good vehicles to choose from and offer a good shipping or delivery rate.
