From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

Everest Motors, diesel truck division were a little slow in understanding the demands of my rigorous work schedule (6 days a week/12 to 14hrs per, or 21 straight ) which didn't leave much time to come in and inspect, review and pick up the truck. BUT, they quickly realized and worked above the norm to help close this deal. Brad Esmaeili, my sales guy along with the rest of the team, rose to the occasion and got it done. They also did some post sale work on the truck on a really simple erroneous error, code, sending it back to the mechanics to go through everything as they stand behind their trucks. In the end, I am happy and would buy from them in the future.

Mark Sabalburo answered our initial internet request about a particular Jeep we were interested in and was super kind and attentive. Because of this I drove 160 miles from where I live to the dealership to meet mark the next day and after test driving the Jeep I was signing paperwork within 45 minutes for exactly what I was wanting to pay. I contacted Perry about a truck I saw on market place, and he responded within a couple of minutes. I told him what I was interested in. He told me to come by take a look at it, that he would have it pulled up to the front. When I arrive, the vehicle was right next to the front door. I stepped out of my truck, took a walk around it and I went straight on a test drive. Within twenty minutes I was inside, starting the paperwork. Every single human in the dealership was awesome. The whole process took about an hour and a half.And I walked out with a new pickup. If you're a guy like me that hates going shopping for trucks I would definitely recommend starting here. This was the most laid back, and stress-free car buying experience that I have had in the last twenty five years. Next time I will definitely start here.
