We were in the market for a vehicle and had decided on a Jeep. We initially thought of buying a used one but after researching the difference in price, we decided we were more interested in purchasing new. We initially went to Landmark Jeep in Independence. That Monday we put down a deposit, signed paperwork and were told that even if everything in the world went wrong, we would have our new vehicle by that Friday at the absolute latest. After two days, we were finally informed that the Jeep we had selected, had been sold to another person. We tried to work with the Sales person and manager but all they wanted to do was upsell us even though they legally broke a contract. We drove there for two days straight and then also on a Saturday in order to attempt to work with them and figure out other alternatives. Unfortunately, we were the only ones makes a real effort to be fair. I even spent my birthday in their dealership trying to help them complete the sale by coming up with different solutions or alternative. That Saturday (yes, 5 days later) I went one last time to try and work something out, at their request. Ultimately they found a different Jeep but over $500, they allowed us to walk out the door. They didn???t care about how much they had inconvenienced us, how much time we had spent trying to work with them, how many times they had asked us to drive out there to ???work things out??? or that they had broken a contract with us. So, we walked out of the dealership. We wanted a Jeep. We opted to give Lees Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a chance. We were already upset, annoyed and frustrated at the terrible experience we had just been submitted to with Landmark dealership. When we arrived, we had already taken on the mindset that we didn???t want to settle and we knew what we wanted. Kourtney met us at the door and was super friendly. I was apprehensive since we had such a terrible experience with Landmark and I was preparing myself to be ???sold??? a vehicle. We explained the situation to Kourtney and she apologized profusely for what the other dealership had done. IIt was not even her fault but she was willing to apologize for something that she certainly didnt have to. She became determined to change our mindset on the Jeep buying experience. We gave her all the information we had for the Jeep we wanted. She had us walk out to a vehicle they had on the lot that was similar to what we wanted just to confirm it was what we were looking for. Then between her and the manager, they searched high and low for the specific Jeep we were looking for. Jeep had already stopped production on the 2016 models in order to build the 2017 models and therefore they could only work with the existing inventory in the country. They finally found the Jeep we wanted in Alabama and arranged to have the vehicle driven to us. We received our Jeep 4 days later and are absolutely in love! Kourtney went above and beyond with us and although she didn???t know it at the time, if we would???ve had another bad experience, we were just going to go to a Toyota dealership and purchase another pickup (we love them as well). Her personality and care was exactly what we needed. She convinced us that Jeep was still the way we wanted to go. She would check up on us and give us status updates without even being asked. She asked for feedback and if there was anything else or more that she could do for us. She wanted us to not just be happy with our Jeep (she knew we would be!) but to be happy with our buying experience. I???ve purchased and owned quite a few new vehicles and I???ve never had such a pleasant purchase experience as I did with her. She not only sold a vehicle, she sold a brand and a dealership. She turned a nightmare experience with another dealership into a dream experience at the Lees Summit dealership. Thank you to everyone at the Lees Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership! ?

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

I purchased the 2015 Laramie Limited, my 1st truck that I've owned and it is incredible. I will swap outthe console for the jump seat for an extra body but I can see why a lot of people drive these trucks. Very comfortable and handles well.

I first came to Show Me Auto Mall at the beginning of the month for an oil change and I asked Dillion to have them take a look at my trunk as well to see if they could possibly see what's up with my trunk not popping, I told him I only had $100 on me to spend for the visit so he cut me a deal. I made an appointment for the next day to get my trunk fixed! Later on that Tuesday afternoon before I left town I discovered that I had $100 missing out of my car that was in it prior to my visit. I went right back up there and spoke with Dillion who apologized and with the owner(didnt catch his name) of course nobody fessed up to taking the money but I still kept my appoinment for Wednesday anyways because it's been over a year since Ive used my trunk! They fixed my trunk that Wednesday and it was only a $20 little rubber piece part and they charged me $100 for labor that seemed unfair because theres no way it took an hour to install that simple piece! But I was just happy to have my trunk fixed! A week and a half later my trunk quit working... I called up there and I spoke with Bryce I believe and explained about what happened with my money on the Tuesday and how I felt being over charged for the labor on Wednesday so I just wanted to get my trunk looked at again and not be over charged he told me to bring it right in! So today(Tuesday) i took it in and Dillion told me what they did to help me out. They cut me a deal on diagnosing it again and let me have a loaner for free for a few hours so I could take my boy to go see the Easter Bunny because it was going to take them a few hours to fix the croading I had going on with my trunk. My experience didnt start out the greatest with my money coming up missing but Dillion did everything he could to keep a customer happy! I work where customer service is a huge thing and Dillion and Bryce went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I will be back!

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford F-450 for my business and were very impressed with everyone we dealt with throughout the process. "Snoop" was very friendly, took the time to answer my questions and did not "pressure" me in any way, Clifton went above and beyond to help resolve a clerical issue involving the pay-off on a vehicle I had sold previous to coming in and then, when we arrived to pick the vehicle up a day earlier then planned, Joe, Matt and Nick stayed late to accommodate us and had the paperwork ready to sign and the vehicle washed and filled with fuel on short notice. To top it all off, even after selling me the vehicle at an extremely good price, they agreed to replace the front windshield at no charge when it was determined that the original "chip" in the glass was actually cracking and therefore unreliable and unsafe to simply repair. And Jeremy in Service is working with my hectic schedule to make sure the windshield is replaced in time for me to begin using the truck for my business. We plan on purchasing another vehicle in the near future and will be back when the time comes.

My husband researched online to find a 2010 Suburban with bench seats. He found one with low miles that looked to be in great shape at this dealership. (Apparently, this dealer likes to keep only vehicles with low mileage on the lot.) We live an hour away, so we called to see if they still had the Suburban, then drove over to take a look at it. It fit the bill, so within 3 hours of driving on the lot, we were driving away as new owners of a car we love. The kids' room kept our older son busy during the process. The popcorn was a plus for our hungry toddler. Nick helped us initially, and Bill helped finalize the financing.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Upgraded from my F150 to something more powerful

Went from a 2011 F150 3.5 EcoBoost to a 2016 Ram 2500 5.7 SLT. Wanted more power and better towing capacity that still had a decent 4x4 capability. Was not disappointed. Has pretty basic interior but then again its made for work. Speakers are amazing and stock wheels are good on highway but if you want to go off road id recommend upgraded suspension and some better tires. Gas milage isn't the best but then again when you buy a HD truck you know what you're signing for. Im very pleased how this truck is working for me and i plan on installing aftermarket trinkets every so often.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This truck is amazing, drives very well, handles great for a big truck, and has all the little features i care for. ONLY reason my overall is not 5 stars is because it is a gas guzzler. Driving extremely slow is the only way i could average over 12mpg. Besides that, i love this truck, and i have purchased the Mopar Lifetime Care since i plan on keeping it a LONG time.

Since the 1980's I owned all Ford products. 1 time I bought a Nissan Maxima ST, loaded, and hated it from the moment I got it home. Within 2 years I traded it for a loaded Lincoln MKS. That was the only time I stepped out of the Ford Line. The wife was looking at new Explorers, but the sales rep, and managers tried pulling some crap on us so she decided to step out of the Ford brand and found a Charger Daytona dressed out exactly the way she wanted it, and it was at Olathe Dodge. Living in Springfield, IL., we refuse to buy vehicles from around here because they like to treat people like they're stupid. I bought five of my last seven cars up in Chicago, but the like cars we found up there had a lot of stuff my wife didn't want, so she didn't want to pay 2-5 thousand more for them, plus Olathe had the best price offers. I started emailing with Karl Peterson. I ask a lot of questions, and he came back with the answers. He was treating me like I lived down the street, which I really appreciated, because I know I'm just in internet land (at that point) so I really appreciated it because he really did a great job. I eventually phoned to show true intention. We talked and set details. I'm trying not to go into great details, but he knew we were driving five hours and he really accommodated us and our situation. The only disappointment was waiting for the business office to close the deal, but they were busy. During my experience the managers didn't interfere with the sales reps, and I believe it shows that they trust their reps, but I think I would've liked if one of them came down and thanked and congratulated us, but that's a minor detail. The car is fabulous, the Wife is beyond HAPPY (So my life is great, ha ha), everything went as promised. There is no need to worry if you travel a distance, because they are true to their word. I have dealt with dealers who know you're driving a distance and will try to flip things and take advantage. I was a little concerned about that, but NO NEED. I have pulled a 14000 pound RV without any issues. It handles well and is more comfortable than my car. I had one issue when I first got it (a pin hole in something) and it was quickly fixed. It is 3 years old, I have 64,000 miles on it. Most of those are from towing. Towing gas mileage is around 9 but, normal mileage in city and hwy is aroud 20. I have gotten 25 before, when I keep my foot out of the accelator.

This is my 5th vehicle purchased from this dealership over the years, have had 3 Jeeps and 2 Pacifica's (new and old versions). Always had great sales people and a very easy buying process, they listen to what you want and how to get you there without being pushy or pressure you with something else you don't want or need, they make it work! Thanks Ted!! (Before the new Pacifica's were out we had traded in our Liberty Jet to get another road-trip worthy SUV needing space, comfort and wanted the size and shape of our (old-version) Pacifica, we went elsewhere and got an Explorer...what a mistake! After 2 years of that we are back here at ODCJ for another Chrysler that I know will be reliable!

Started shopping for cars over a year ago but wasn't in a rush due to paying off my spouses car first. Went in several times to this dealership and met with Sylvester who was the most kind, patient, respectful, and non-pushy car salesman I have ever dealt with. Because I went 3-4 times over the course of the year I also met a few of his other sales co-workers when Sylvester wasn't available and they were both equally as patient and kind. When it was finally time to chose my car I narrowed it down between 2 car makes (a Jeep Cherokee vs Ford Explorer). Ford dealership would only let me drive the car for the brief 10 min test drive and the sales people were VERY pushy. When I came back to Jeep, Sylvester arranged for me to drive the car for a few hours so that I could get a good feel for if it met my needs and wants. Made my decision to get the Jeep easy! Negotiation process for purchase price and trade in value of my old car was easy peasy and there wasn't any back and forth haggling that many car dealers are known for. Because the color I wanted was a new color for 2017 and wasn't in stock yet, I placed my order and waited the 8 weeks I was told it would take. My only negative was that during the finance process I was told about a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty and chose to purchase it; however, I was never told there was a deductible for this policy and only figured that out once I got home. When we called to ask about what that deductible amount was (because the paperwork does not state that amount), our call was never returned by the finance person.

The Tradesman 2500 is a great work truck with solid power and load capacity, while having tons of comfort and design features. I do wish the Hemi had better fuel economy...it’s basically the same as my 2002.

To begin with I enjoyed not having to hagel & negotiate on the price of the vehicle (even though I tried ;-), they have bottom line pricing structure and add a $500 service fee for the salesman's commission. I like this because the salesman is working for you to find the best fit for your needs & budget, he's making a fair commission regardless and that takes the negotiating off the table, which allows you to build a good working relationship knowing that he/she is working for your best interest. Richard Wheeler (aka: Ricky Bobby ;-) was my salesman and It's truly been a pleasure working with him from his initial email contact through finalizing the purchase, and taking care of scheduling service to takes care of a couple minor issues with the used vehicle after purchase. I dropped my new car off for service (Alec took great care of me, thanks!) and even though they were out of loaner cars, Ricky pulled a nice used car off the lot to let me drive until my vehicle was ready to pick up. The sales manager made it extremely easy for me to move forward with them by offering me over double for my trade that two other dealerships offered me. Their finance dept. got me financed with a fair interest rate. They also quoted me a reduced price on an extended warranty that I could afford in my monthly budget, and made financial sense to protect my investment with a bumper to bumper, $0 deductible warranty up to 160K miles. In addition, I can say that every member of Brogden's team that I came in contact with went out of their way to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend Ricky Bobby & the entire team at Robert Brogden Buick, Olathe. I love my new Buick Lacrosse! Thanks guy's James Taylor

Amazing truck. Towed great and is comfortable on long trips!! Highly recommend. Has tons of storage and plenty of foot and leg room. The 8ft bed in my opinion is a must have and glad I have it!!
