Great Sales team!

I finally decided to get a new vehicle to replace my 1998 Chevy van and Stan McNabb had a Trash for Cash promotion. (I'd actually bought the van new from this dealer!) Fortunately, Arick Nazimek greeted me and worked with me for almost 2 solid days to help me decide the type vehicle I needed. He never showed the slightest indication of the stereotypical car salesman. His professionalism and knowledge of the industry and especially the dealer and surrounding area inventory was top notch. However, it was Arick's friendly, non-pressuring manner and unending patience that won me over. He genuinely wanted me to get my "wow" vehicle no matter the model or price. Stan McNabb is lucky to have such a fine young man serving their dealership and our small town community. When we finally decided on the 2014 certified Impala, Arick was ready to help seal the deal any way we were most comfortable with. When it came time for the financial part of the closing, we were fortunate again to work with Joe Licata. Joe was professional and very knowledgeable of all the forms and maintenance offers to our purchase. I especially liked his visual descriptions of the options. He guided us through the many forms and was deeply dedicated to ensuring we fully understood each one. I didn't catch their names, but the little interaction I had with the showroom reception desk, service department, administrative, and other staff was equally pleasant. Stan McNabb Chevrolet is extremely wise to retain such dedicated employees. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Arik and Joe to anyone seeking another vehicle. I plan to keep my Impala for a long time but rest assured, when it's time to trade, I hope Arik and Joe are there to guide me through the process once again. I highly recommend others give them an opportunity to share their superb customer service skills with you. You won't be disappointed!
