Megan and Daniel took great care of us when we bought a new minivan. Megan answered all the questions we had and had a great sense of humor, making things a lot more enjoyable- I hate car shopping. Daniel got us through the financing quickly and painlessly. We walked out of there with a good price based on my research. Overall, a good experience.

Just purchased a 2017 Nissan Titan SV from Nyle Maxwell. Overall, it was a good, hassle-free buying experience. All negotiations we're handled via phone and email, so it was a piece of cake once I got there to take delivery of the truck. Salesman Roland (Roel) Combe was attentive and helpful throughout the process, as was Bob Noland in Finance. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
I found a used work van at this dealership and I’m very happy with the whole process of buying from this dealership. I called and they sent me the application via email. (I live in Dallas) I was approved then I put a disposit on the van. I did not haggle on the price since it was truly a good deal to begin with. Once I got to there dealership I test drive and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and courteous. Professional and not pushy. They offered all the packages that I could purchase but it was not pushed on me. By far the easiest and most smooth car buying experience I’ve had at any dealership. Would recommend them to anyone and drive from Dallas if I found another vehicle they had I would want to buy. 5 stars for these guys and two thumbs up.
Great service got me in and out as promised called late and asked them to squeeze me in they were great at working with my schedule and I appreciate that. I look forward to returning for future service work.
Me and my wife drove 6 hours to this dealership, to buy new truck. They had the lowest price within 300 miles of our home. Our salesman “Norris” was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership if you want a great price and great service.
They could not help me my score was not over 600 and i did not have a co signer and no money down and people like us can not get help because of credit score that should not have anything to do with getting a car or truck and i have no vehicle and was willing to make my payments every month but that does not matter I have been stuck with pieces of crap and wanted something that was worth paying for .

I saw that Covert Chrysler was selling a used 2017 Toyota Sienna for a reasonable price so I called to book an appointment to test drive. Adam picked up the phone and scheduled an appointment at my convenient. I already know what I wanted and what to look for so we had a test drive, negotiated the price, and pay for the van in what seems like an hour. The van's windshield has a crack and there's some small scratches on the body due to normal wear and Adam agrees to have the service center fixes that for me. What stands out: * Adam was nice, courteous, efficient, and did not pressure us into anything. * Some of the used car prize here is good. * We were not giving the typical "run around" xxxxxxxx like at Fred Haas Toyota in Houston. * Sales manager did not pressure us into getting a loan or lease like some other places around Austin. What needs to be work on: * Our bill has a "Finance Charge/Title Insurance" of 400 dollars tagged on that we didn't asked for. I had to tell Adam to have this line item removed from the bill. I feel like these kind of charges need to be make optional and defaults to not be included.
The fine folks at Covert did everything they could to get me in the Jeep of my dreams! Edgar was super helpful throughout the entire process! My family will buy all of our vehicles from there for a long time!
