Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. No two people are alike but it???s a very comforting fact that I know who I???m going to ask for when I come back to Huffines Dodge

He answered MANY questions (with NO hassle) & supported me thru my selection & ultimately car deal. It was THE easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made! After three weeks and multiple test drives at multiple dealerships, accompanied by sales pitch after sales pitch attempting to force me into just any vehicle and not the one I specifically was in search of, I reached out to Huffines in Lewisville. Before ever stepping foot onto the lot, the general manager sent a few cars listing their attributes. Upon receiving them, they invited me to come in and Terry presented the 2018 Jeep Compass of my dreams. I was sent the upfront, true no haggle price and once I arrived test drove the vehicle. They provided a full Carfax detail and I feel like Terry and the team at Huffines went above and beyond my expectations. The general manager spoke to me first removing all pressures to buy. Terry spent quite a bit of time with me and even their finance team was very informative and easy to understand. This being my first car purchase, I can't thank the entire team enough for such a positive experience. I will be referring more of my friends and family to Huffines for the unmatched level of service.
Larry was our salesman via the internet. We located the vehicle and it was more than we ever hoped for. It trumps a new car! Larry answered every question, was courteous, timely, and knowledgeable about our vehicle. I would definitely purchase from Huffines again!
Miranda my service advisor was amazing! She always takes care of me, and my truck! In all honesty I have two Ram dealerships closer to where I live, but I choose to go to Huffines because of employees like her.
I posted previously about my experience with Frisco CDJR. Since then, Paul Failor and Vinny Attaguille addressed all of my concerns and earned my business. Mistakes happen and we were able to work through the issues. I would like to amend my previous comments and share that the leadership of Frisco Dodge Jeep does take an active interest in their relationships and given the time & opportunity to discuss them, they will do right.
Received excellent service, clear definition of work and estimate of cost for the services agreed upon. Called for pick up much sooner than expected. Will continue using maintenance service at this dealership.
Very knowledgeable, polite, and listened to what we wanted everything he promised he delivered. everyone was helpful. no pressure sales fair deal on our trade. For the first time, I don't lose my cool in a dealership.
I had a great experience from beginning to end. My truck was completed in a few hours and the service rep called promptly to let me know. He let me know exactly what was done and when my next service was due.
Sales guy and finance guy seemed awesome when we arrived. We already had our financing from our local institution and they had a promise letter and told us to go ahead and come get the car. We live 4 hours away. When we arrived, they tried to sell us on everything under the sun. The only thing that I showed interest in was the extended warranty, but I'd already agreed to purchase one from my local institution that I thought offered more. Turns out it did when I called with some questions the following day. AutoNation did not was to give up on the sell of that warranty and there were some heated discussions between them and my banker. It wound up costing me more, but I bought the one from AutoNation with less benefits, but the car was for my daughter and I wanted to end the feud. So, if you choose your own financing, be sure to stand your ground when you get there. Was a great car though! At a great price!
Serbice rep, Tony L, was exceptionsl as was the excellent service he provided. And, the mechanics detail in providing repair was also appreciated. I am very pleased on the running and operation of my car. It really even sounds better! The svc rep was very clear and detailed when asking questions, and, he even took time out to drive my car. Also noted, the next day i had a svc limo come to my house to dtive me to the facility. Curb svc was unexpected! Thank y'all!
we just purchased another jeep wrangler from Don Davis, this time it was a 2018 unlimited rubicon. as with all out purchases over the years at Don Davis, we were treated great and thanks toVince in F&I and Jim in sales this time went at easily and smoothly as all our others. Found a car online, called over the phone to speak with LaPorsche, she was very helpful in getting specific photos of the vehicle to me (since we live a good ways away) so quickly that it helped us decide right away we’d go with Classic Chrysler. Greatest price for a vehicle in the DFW metroplex
