Very friendly staff. Several know me by name.. and I am not there that much.. but they know me and my 4 Jeeps. Service isn't backed up so that it takes 3 hrs for an oil change like some of the other dealerships in the area. They are very efficient and understand that good service with the ability to provide timely is what the customer needs.
Just purchased our second jeep from Pischke's and the customer service was excellent. They were so nice in helping us choose the exact right vehicle for us and they took the time to answer all of our questions.
I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn???t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, ???hire for attitude, train for success???. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!!
i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.

Everything regarding the sale was great except for the financial documents which took over three hours to sign a contract. Javier called a number of times for IT to get the system going. Both Eric n Javier provided excellent service

These guys are serious about moving inventory. They sold me a pretty much brand new Toyota Tundra with 20K miles on it for rock bottom pricing. Any other dealer would’ve held onto that Tundra trying to get the most they could for it but these guys are only interested in serving their clients by selling cars at the best price. I was impressed.... Ive bought dozens of vehicles in my life and I NEVER had an experience as good as this... These guys have a great culture... glad to see them in Casper!!
