Very satisfied with buying process. We were there for several hours, but treated well through whole process. Dave did a great job even though he was very busy handling multiple customers. Would highly recommend this dealership.
Had an excellent interaction with the sales person (Bubba). He wasn't rushed or pushy in any way and wanted to ensure that purchased the car that I liked most. It was a very good experience and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Their dedication to getting me the Dodge Ram truck I wanted was exemplary. Since I wanted very specific options it was a challenge for our sales accociate to locate one. He recommended ordering the truck so they could insure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
We did our entire deal over the phone/internet. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately. Irish Dave had all of the paperwork complete and ready to go. He is a fantastic salesman and an all-around great guy. Definitely recommend the dealer and especially Irish Dave!!

We would like to thank Mr. Jackie Glass for helping us find the right van. He took the time to explain a lot of the features of the bells and whistles of the Chrysler Pacifica . We had some special needs is purchasing a van Mr. Glass and Mr. Dale Lee worked until everything worked to meet those needs. This is our 3rd time dealing with Mr. Lee, he will work with you to get the best deal. We fine the staff at Bob Pforte Motors to be very friendly and courteous. In fact needed something for headache and a staff member went out got Tylenol and cold bottle of water, that is a caring group. Thank you Mr. Bob for having such a wonderful crew.
I take my utility sports vehicle to Alpine Buick on a regular basis because of the outstanding service provided by the Quick Oil Lube Department. I also receive the same type of service from the repairs department, if my vehicle requires repair. Great job, technicians!
Salesman Donnie was really nice. He really paid attention to what we said we were looking for. I just can't get over their prices. I was looking at a 2017 Kia Sorento LX with the V6 engine. The Sorento sells new for about $26k. The vehicle we were looking at had 44k miles on it. The price listed online for vehicle was $17,800. Of course there is the fine print that to get their "online" price, the purchase had to be 100% financed through the dealership's go-to financing company, Chrysler Capital. The price on the paper in the window of the vehicle was just over $25k. That is insane. A simple search on cars.com as well as carmax.com and truecar.com found hundreds of the exact same vehicles with similar mileage for under $20k. I will never purchase from Stephen Wade.
The reason I went to Stephen Wade was that a friend had advised to go there and ask if they could match a pending deal for a Ram truck that was offered by a dealer in Phoenix. That deal had seemed to good to be true - a chance in a lifetime. But timing and circumstances made it difficult to make the drive to Utah and I was not certain that this dealer would honor the price of the 2017 Ram and the trade-in they had offered for my truck online
So I drove the short distance to Stephen Wade and they spent a lot of time with me - talking about trucks and cars and rebates and looking for available vehicles on their lot that came close to what I had in mind. And they opined that maybe the deal in Phoenix was just to attract customers and not valid.
What they did was locate a 2017 Ram truck, base model, that I liked and said they would order it and gave me a good price,. And they checked out my truck and told me the amount they would offer for that trade-in.
I was disappointed at the trade-in value. I had not cleaned it up and cleared out my stuff because I was not really looking to buy - just checking them out.
But I liked the truck - as it appeared on paper, having tested a similar truck - so I accepted and we began the sale process and then it appeared that truck was no longer available.
They located another of the same model with a more amenities at a higher price.
I did not care for the extra features and I wavered - and they lowered the price and added rebates and it came to almost as good as the tentative offer in Phoenix, and by this time I was excited about getting a new truck.
So I accepted and signed the papers.
Then I regretted the decision since it will put me farther into debt and the Veterans Administration has decided to ignore some medical expenses for surgery by a doctor outside the VA. which I had expected to get them to pay.
A friend advised me to go back to Stephen Wade and tell them I want to cancel the deal because it was not a good move for me financially.
I did so.
They told me there was no 3-day window to return a new vehicle in Utah, as the friend has suggested. But they worked on it and came back with an offer to effectively raise the trade-in allowance on my old truck and refund the increase in cash.
I figured I could use this to make a couple monthly payments on debts and by then my situation would be more stable and so I was happy to accept.
Then the truck arrived and I cleaned out my old truck and drove there and made the exchange.
They took some time to explain features of the new truck, changes in technology that I will take time for me to get accustomed to.
And they have called me since to check on how I am doing with the new truck.
Mostly I am pleased at the amount of time and trouble they went to get me comfortable with the truck and the deal.
And I love the truck.

Chad and the guys in the Service department are amazing. Chad kept me informed thru the whole process. They took me to pick up my rental truck and made sure I was kept informed about everything they found. You guys have a wonderful and friendly staff. I will be bringing all 3 of our dodges to you all in the future for any needed service.
