I've been shopping for a midsize SUV since last Dec. Recently my truck broke down and my husband put his foot down that I needed to find something so we have a second vehicle. I started searching again. This time the Jeep Compass came up and to my surprise close by. I drive over the next day and looked over the available cars. Al my service rep. Was great!! I told him what I needed and what I could afford. He never got pushy or tried to get me to spend more money like other dealerships have. It was a great experience from start to finish. I was offered water, coffee, popcorn, and the process was fast. I ended up with the exact thing I'd been looking for but I didn't know existed. My Jeep Compass is a 2016 so it still was under some warranties and the extended was still available. I got a true, 4wheel drive mid sized SUV that drives great. today I got a thank you note I the mail from my sales rep!!! Thank you I'll be back next time I need a new vehicle.
