I was looking for a Truck for my business and stumbled on a few that they had online. They had quite a vast selection to choose from. Overall very happy with the van I bought. It has been great so far for the last 6 months. No issues. Definitely recommend to check their selection of vans out. I will be trying them first on my next van.
Even though i did not purchase a car here! But we had a great experience. Sales personal were professional and not pushy at all. You can test drive with confidence. The selection of cars are top of the line. We test drove a 2012 audi 2.0T premium plus AWD and it had low miles , luxury and speed. I recommend the dealer to everyone that love a touch of class.

I filled out an online lead form about a car I was interested in buying. The call was returned to me within an hour. Big Dan talked me into stopping down to take it for a test drive. It was an hour away from my house but worth the trip. The price was fair and it felt very professional and legitimate to work with these folks. They have great quality cars to choose from. For the most part they are dent free, well taken care of, desirable pre-owned cars. After a brief test drive, it was a no-brainer that I should purchase this car for my wife.
The finance process was so quick and simple. We were done with papers in about 15 minutes. The total experience was not even an hour. The even better wow experience was that we were snowed in for two days following the purchase of the car but they delivered it to our doorstep anyway.

Now we are two days into owning this car and my wife is totally impressed that a used car could be that solid, drive so tight, and feel like a new car even though it has 90,000 miles on it. It is a 2011 mini Cooper that we bought. It is almost flawless for a car of that age and mileage.
John in finance was so helpful and responsive. He got a rate established for my wife that was beyond what we could've asked for based on her poor credit history. We wound up opting in for the extended warranty, after all it is a used BMW product.

Rented a truck while shopping for a replacement to the most heavily-used truck in our fleet. We were looking for a Mercedes GLE 350 and called the dealership as they had a 2016, they were able to located a 2017 with 5,900 miles on it in mint condition and close to 20% off sticker. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?

I purchased a Subaru via the internet from Gray Motors, sight un seen. Drove over a couple of days later and found the car to be as described. I wanted some maintenance done before I took the vehicle, Ernie Gray arranged the work and agreed to pay a portion of the work without my asking. Because the dealership was in Port Angeles Wa. and I am in Edmonds Wa. a ferry boat and 55 mile drive away, Ernie agreed to deliver the Car to the ferry dock, so that all I had to do was ride the ferry over to Kingston and pick up my car at the dock. Car purchase was quite painless, service and customer care excellent. They have a very good selection of cars, and sales tax is lower in Port Angeles. Give them a try.
