The deal originated on the internet sight. The dealership and sales team worked hard to satisfy us. In the end, we bought the exact vehicle for the exact price we expected. The salesperson did an excellent job.
I don't usually leave reviews but I've been so consistently impressed with the entire service department at this dealership that I felt compelled to do so this time because they really deserve it. They're efficient, organized, friendly and for a dealer, fairly priced. Sean, the service technician from my last visit, was extremely through and helpful, showing me everything that was done and explaining it all to me in terms that I was easily able to understand, plus he gave me a bunch of extra pointers to keep my vehicles running well going forward. I had a positive impression when I walked into the showroom. My salesperson was Mr. Joshua Duplechin. He was very professional and polite, and not pushy in trying to make a sale or steer me towards another type of vehicle. There were a couple things, however, that soured me on what was otherwise a good purchase. I specifically asked in an email if the vehicle had blind spot detector features, and if the mileage was still accurate from the website. I was told yes to both questions. I think at this juncture, it would've been the perfect opportunity to be up front about the true features and the mileage (7 miles as mentioned on the web site is quite different from the actual 272 miles on the car upon seeing it in person). The sale may or may not have been made, but I think it would've been honest customer service to have been provided this information in order to help me make a decision of this magnitude prior to making the drive out there and finding out otherwise (maybe naïve to think this). The 5.95% auto financing (despite outstanding credit) and a $500 trade-in!! I won't go there. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I could've provided higher ratings, but I think more focus should be put on "truth in advertising" and not anything that will get the customer in the showroom.
went to truecar for truck pricing comparison. after 10 mins of leaving site, got a call from Maggie from ourisman ram. I told her what I wanted. few minutes later she called back. they had one in stock but red. told her no red. next day she texted and said she found white one. I was like , ok. went to dealership 2 days later unannounced and was ready to buy. the truck was at different location. had to come back next day because it was getting dark. I was on the dealerships website and saw another model color . black one. called over and told them I wanted black instead. to make story short, they were very accommodating. took longer than usual to come to a good price but was reached. Maggie sales person wasawesome. Kevin was great as well.
Rob, the bodyshop manager, was very courteous and kept me informed throughout the 3 weeks of repairs. He dealt with the insurance adjuster multiple times to make sure the damage from the accident was properly repaired. I highly recommend Keene
I went in to have a nail removed from my tire and they were able to see me right away. The service guys were professional. They checked all 4 tires to make sure there were no more bills and that an 4 tires had the proper tire pressure. Thanks for everything.
