Once again we are extremely satisfied with the purchase of our new 2018 Charger. On Wed June 20,2018 went to the Lithia dealership in the Tri-Cities looking for new or quality used vehicle- we were looking at a Jeep that got good gas mileage. The customer service was awesome and the sales person we worked with ( Travis Solso ) was very helpful, patient, and kind. e never treated us like he didn't have the time or knowledge to answer any questions had about the vehicle we choose-- he went out the lot and brought a 2018 Jeep Latitude around for us to test drive--we were sold. He did an outstanding job as well as Jessica Perkins, they had our best interests at heart and we drove the new Jeep home-- to Walla Wala. I bought my 2017 Ram 1500 on 3/31/2017... Sam DelBrocco was the most outstanding sales professional I ever came across. He was very kind and willing to help. Brian Kelsven, was extremely well knowledgeable of all the electronics, all kinds of "bells and whistles", and did a phenomenal delivery of the truck to me. I never would have thought of buying or even walking on to a small lot /mom and pop type of dealer to look at vehicles before. I decided to give it a shot after reading nothing but glowing reviews about them and the car I was interested in was priced right. I went and was totally surprised. Their non-aggressive sales and super friendly approach without being pushy was very refreshing. They were helpful, responsive and super fast with everything. I hadn't really thought about financing through the dealer since I could get a good rate at my credit union. They came back with better rates! I felt I got a good deal without haggling. If you look at the price comparison websites, you'll see that most of their inventory is listed as a "Great Deal" or "Good Deal". I would highly recommend them. Thank you Alonzo! I love my new car.

When I arrived I wasn't greeted at all (same experience every time) I work in retail and we're really big on service and the impact good service can have on differentiating you from your competition. A gentleman came behind me and saw me standing there, his interaction with me was awesome. After i was in the system though, the service improved. Been going there for 3yrs now, I wouldn't have it any other way so this is more of a heads up...Thanks
From the moment we laid eyes on the new C7 Corvette at the Bowling Green Assembly Plant, I knew we were hooked and that someday there would be one parked in our garage. That day happened two weeks ago. We decided now was the time and began our internet search for the car of our dreams. Sunnyside Chevrolet had the perfect car. A 2016 Stingray Z51 2LT in my color, preferred group and black wheels. I contacted the dealer and spoke with Jason Eyman. I was impressed how friendly and easy Jason was to work with, especially since I was 400 miles away. Jason took time out to make a detailed personal video of the car for me, pointing out what he thought might be some imperfections (which I still don't see). Jason was available to me 24/7 (via his personal cell phone) to answer any and all questions. We negotiated a very fair trade for my car and was able to come up with an agreeable price for the Corvette over the phone and internet. We set up a date to meet and upon arrival, we found the Corvette to be outstanding. Jason arrived early that morning to make sure the car was perfect and full of fuel. A couple a signatures and a talk with David Samples in their Finance Department made the experience hassle-free. Jason guided us every step of the way. Then took his time explaining the functions on the car and we were soon on our way home. Next time I'm in the market for another vehicle, a call to Jason Eyman at Sunnyside Chevrolet will be my first priority.
We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, and following up on our requests so we decided to make the 900 mile trip each way and the car was everything they promised. It looks new and A.J. went beyond what you could ever expect. He was wonderful, kind, polite, patient and setting up services such as codes, Bluetooth, and explaining many things about the vehicle’s operation. We left a thrilled customer counting our blessings on the way home. The dealership personnel were polite and helpful and we were treated with great courtesies. I recently purchased by first new car at Capital Ford of Charlotte. My salesman Chance was incredibly helpful and met my every need. He listened to my budget and taste and worked with me so I went home with my beautiful red 2017 Ford Fiesta that I absolutely love!! I would definitely return to buy a car from them again in the future as well as recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.
Just picked up my car. I was involved in an accident. It took about 10 days and the car looks great!! Kayley handled each of my calls regarding the status in a professional and friendly manner. One of the issues dealt with my extreme sensitivity to paints and cleaners. She said she would take care if it and I was SO surprised when I found out the front bumper was painted before it was attached to the car!! It's rare to have anyone take your concern to heart and do things not asked by you!! Of course I will be recommending the collision shop to everyone in my family and close friends!!

My wife and I are looking to buy a New svu this Sunday after church we stop by to see what they had. She found a 2017 Ford Escape. She has never gone to look at cars before. She I'm in love with this car. On Monday morning I called the dealership and talked to Mr James Bennett. I give him the stock number. He told me he call me right back what she did. We worked out the deal with him. When we got to the dealership the car was nice and clean. My wife move the car and she loved it. She asked if the paper work was done. Mr Bennett told the we asked for was exactly where she wanted it. We traded in a 2014 Mustang.Ron speller was so patient with her we left the dealership at 10:30. What I was most impressed with Ron he went all over the equipment of the car for her got the owner manuals out showed her everything about the owners manual. Capital Ford need two be very pleased with Ron speller and Mr. James Bennett. BOTH man have alot of integrity.
I have never met a car salesman I liked. Until now! I have now bought 4 cars from here!! Freddie Reyes, my sales guy, is honest, informative and just a down to earth guy. Joe Cirucci, general manager, is a man of his word and he backs every vehicle he sells both new and used. He worked so hard to get me the best interest rate and he delivered! I couldn't be happier with my purchases here!!
The service department is not your typical dealer service department. I am more distrustful of repair shops then I am of car salesmen but it's truly different here. When I need to bring my vehicle here I feel like I can trust them to be fair and honest. Even for a simple oil change I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else!
I was in bad situation with a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was in a 4 year lease and only a year in looking to get out of it because I was paying way too much ($452/month) and wasn't too happy with the car. My goal was to trade in my Jeep and get a Dodge Charger with a way cheaper payment of less than $400. After going to dealership after dealership, nobody was able to help me out and told me I need a "magician" to get me where I wanted to be. A couple days after my visit at this location, I recieved a phone call from MICHAEL who seemed very postivive and asked me to come back in. All in all, with Mike being so proactive and doing research and with the help of JOE RIZZI and the constant follow up from sales manager DEREK, they worked a deal with me to lease a 2017 Charger SXT over 4 years for a payment of $395/month. I was EXTREMELY happy with the help of all 3 of these guys. I highly recommend anyone to check this place out. I am from South Texas and flew up to New York to pick up a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. This was on a Thursday and my plan was to land and start driving down. After leaving Brooklyn I noticed the vehicle was not shifting into 2nd or 3rd gear so I could not drive move than 40 mph. This was already around 4 pm. I pulled over at a travel center and started searching. I found Route 1 was 30 miles from me, told them I was just passing thru and I would need to be back at work on Monday and they gave me a 6:15 am appointment for the next day. Meghan Dornisch (assistant Service Manager) took us in evaluated the situation and advice me that the vehicle needed more testing. We retuned at 10 a.m. and the vehicle was fast tracked into the service area. Within 30 minutes the problem was diagnosed as defective module in the transmission. They looked for the part and said they could have it in by the next day (Saturday). Meghan called me on Saturday morning to let me know that the part was in and the vehicle would be ready later that day. Her team had the Jeep running by 2 pm and we started our 30 hour non stop drive back to Brownsville, Tx and made it in time to watch the Cowboys lose the Texans. All in all Meagan showed great professionalism never promising something without verifying first. She help me make an informed decision and everything worked out in the end. I don't know how much she earns as the assistant service manager but she definitely deserves a raise! Excellent service! There were other dealerships in the area but Route 1 was the only one who would take us in on short notice and they delivered!
I live in NH so I saw this car on-line along with a couple of others within 30 minutes of each other I planned to look at that weekend but when I walked in to BidCars Boston and saw the car, I didn't need to go any further. The 2014 Challenger was in fantastic condition, just what I was looking for and I couldn't beat the price anywhere. They let me take my time to look over the car on my own. Chris was a pleasure to talk to and deal with on the car (and about Harley). Moe was a pleasure to work with for financing and he took the time to explain everything.
