As a first time New car buyer, I can say this was the most pleasurable and easy going process. I am 22 years old and I didn't know squat about car buying. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Zak Smith, he made the car buying process a breeze and enjoyment. He answered all my questions and had a completely glass window approach to financial technicalities.
I originally came to find a car that helped me relive my High School glory days. Originally it was a 5.0 Mustang that caught my eye, but it didn't have that spark of excitement that I was looking for. Zak sat down with me and we explored a few cars and he brought me to a 2018 Charger Daytona 392. That car sealed the deal for me.
There was never a feeling of being pre-approved. Which means that I never felt like I was being profiled by the dealership. That is what won me over the most. I'm a young guy and most dealerships I went to did not take me seriously or didn't go to the lengths that Zak extended himself to. I was always treated with dignity and respect the whole time. The people at this dealership genuinely care about your car buying experience and helping find you what is the best fit for your budget, as well as your personality type. I will be buying another car from them in the future.
We had a great test drive experience with this dealership. They were prompt and attentive when I contacted them about a vehicle and had several questions. Upon arrival to for the test drive we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who told us where the kids play room was (our four year was with us) and the beverage bar. Mark helped us and was very easy to work with and friendly, not pushy, but eager to help us find an alternative vehicle when the one we came to look at wasn't the one. Although we didn't buy here, I would definitely come back for a visit if they had the right vehicle.
I just want to say thank you to Mark in the tire depertment. We were having trouble in the snow with the tires we had on our 15 Taurus. We had asked Mark what tires he would recommend and he came to us with the perelli ones that would fitake our car. I wasn't sure because I had some difficulty with perelli before. We went with his suggestion and we are glad. The road noise went away and the tires do great in the snow. We just happened to get a bunch right after we got the new tires. So it was a good test. So thank you Mark for knowing your stuff.
One of the easiest , most straight forward negotiations we have experienced buying a car. They gave us a very fair trade-in value on our car and excellent sale price on our new Jeep. From Jennifer at the call center to Noelle in Sales to Brian in Finance - everyone at Apple was pleasant, professional and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them if your looking for a car. Worth the drive we made from Woodbury area.
I worked with Katie Sanders at the Hopkins dealership and she was amazing!! It was my first time buying a car so I was a little nervous because I wasn't familiar with how the process worked. But Katie made my experience comfortable, efficient and fun!! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or lease a car at this location.
Bottom line: if you are car shopping, go to Walser and make sure to ask for Max.
We just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from the Walser in Hopkins and the experience was top-notch. We narrowed down our desired vehicle to two models, and we started with the Jeep. Boy did we luck out! We went to Walser and met with Max Elliott. He was so knowledgeable about the Limited, as well as all other Jeep models. Max asked questions about our day-to-day lifestyle, listened to our wish list and was able to make recommendations based on what would suit us the best. I think the no-commission approach at Walser really allows the sales staff to advise each customer based on what suits him/her instead of based on money. Everyone at Walser was so nice and welcoming, genuinely interested in giving us the best experience possible. Even though we went on a Saturday and the place was buzzing, they made us feel like their most important customer. Max advised us to explore their website on Sunday to make sure we found a model that had everything we wanted, which turned out to be GREAT advice! I didn't even KNOW that I wanted a panoramic sunroof:) We found one at a nearby Walser, and texted Max. Even though it was Sunday, he responded right away and the Jeep of our dreams was at the Hopkins lot on Monday and we purchased it that night.
When we got home, we noticed 3 small dents (that had been called out with arrows by the first dealership). We called Max and even though WE had missed it during our shopping experience, HE apologized to US and they are fixing it right away for no additional charge.
We couldn't have asked for a better car shopping experience.
We were greeted right away and able to test drive right away! The 3 people (Mark, Kevin, and Brad) that helped along the process were all willing to answer my questions, very patient, and didn???t make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale for them... Over all my experience was great with them! :)
Casual friendly salesman and no real pressure to buy made this a good experience. The whole thing felt like an honest discussion about the car which I ultimately ended up buying. Overall very pleased!
Mark was great helping me both times. He found out that I have a oil leak and told me how much it cost to be fixed. But at this time I cannot afford to get it fixed and he was very understanding.
We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, and following up on our requests so we decided to make the 900 mile trip each way and the car was everything they promised. It looks new and A.J. went beyond what you could ever expect. He was wonderful, kind, polite, patient and setting up services such as codes, Bluetooth, and explaining many things about the vehicle’s operation. We left a thrilled customer counting our blessings on the way home. The dealership personnel were polite and helpful and we were treated with great courtesies. We can’t say enough good about our experience. Bless you A.J.!
We were not able to come to an agreement, my trade wasn’t worth what I had hoped, but the experience was amazing. I am selling my car myself and will be back to buy the vehicle I had found at the dealership.

My wife and I are looking to buy a New svu this Sunday after church we stop by to see what they had. She found a 2017 Ford Escape. She has never gone to look at cars before. She I'm in love with this car. On Monday morning I called the dealership and talked to Mr James Bennett. I give him the stock number. He told me he call me right back what she did. We worked out the deal with him. When we got to the dealership the car was nice and clean. My wife move the car and she loved it. She asked if the paper work was done. Mr Bennett told the we asked for was exactly where she wanted it. We traded in a 2014 Mustang.Ron speller was so patient with her we left the dealership at 10:30. What I was most impressed with Ron he went all over the equipment of the car for her got the owner manuals out showed her everything about the owners manual. Capital Ford need two be very pleased with Ron speller and Mr. James Bennett. BOTH man have alot of integrity.
