Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.
Really great buying experience. They bent over backwards to show me new and used trucks as I weaved my way through the options. In the end got a very nice truck and I'm very happy with the overall experience.
Rick, Wade, and Xavier were great to us. We bought a used Avalanche and love it. The buying process was easy. When I think of the name "Demontrond," I think first class, but the furniture was shabby and the waiting room was not good. You need a facility that reflects the quality of people who serve you as employees. You have an amazing group of people in used cars sales and in the support staff, but your offices look worn down. Spiff up the place so your customers feel safe! And give your employees offices they are proud of - not ones they have to make excuses for.
Went to multiple dealerships and had horrible experiences until these guys. I had two different sales guys help me, never trying to step on each other's toes or worrying about who's deal it was. They were beyond polite and took great care of me and put me in a great car. If you're looking for a great experience you can't go wrong with either Kevin or Alan! The finance process was fast and easy, told them what I was putting down, got pre approved, and by the time I got to the finance department all the paperwork was ready to be signed. No wait. The lifetime warranty they offer is just a pure bonus after the experience I had. Will definitely do business again with these guys, top notch all the way.
Made the car buying process so easy. Had all the info from cars.com so I just needed to see the car in person. Didn’t try to upsale me, and didn’t try to convince me to finance through them. Played no games about added fees, they actually overestimated the additional fees so when I got the final price it was less than expected. “JD” the Used Car Online Sales Manager was extremely nice and wanted to make sure that this was the car for us. I will definitely be considering coming to this dealership in the future for my other vehicles.
Over the course of two months Gene and Leo did an awesome job helping find the perfect Maserati for me. I can't even remember how many times I was in their showroom, on the phone or exchanging emails with those guys. Let's just say it was a lot, and they always made the time to treat me as if I was the only customer they were working with! Gene and Leo are very laid back and truly want to make sure you leave the dealership happy. No high pressure sales with these guys. He was patient and knowledgeable and very comfortable in involving all his resources to get me exactly the right Maserati. I'm really glad I chose Texan dealership to purchase my new truck the customer service was above and beyond and it was a pretty quick process I did not feel pressured to buy something that I did not want the only downside is my new truck comes with two key fobs and the second one has been misplaced at the dealership and I'm still waiting to hear back as to whether they're going to mail it or I have to pick it up
We went into Helfman wanting to drive an Alpha Romeo Stelvio and Gene Smith couldn’t have been more helpful.
