I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

I purchased a preowned car off the internet from Martin. They were very helpful, easy to work with and honest through the process. I feel it was a fair transaction for me and for them. I would highly recommend them if you are shopping online. The car was exactly as they said it was when it was delivered to me almost 800 miles away.

This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. There is no better dealership honestly. Dan ordered what I wanted, Ray made sure to stay on it and it came in 18 days! Ozzie is so quick smart and helpful in finance and there is no better delivery specialist than Ashley. It is so rare to find a place that has such incredible staff in every area of their business but Ray CDJR just does. HIGHLY recommend you go there.
