Outstanding customer service at Cavender

My 2011 Audi A6 Avant Quattro Prestige CPO is my pride and joy, and it's never been serviced anywhere other than an Audi dealership. Selecting Cavender Audi was a no-brainer for my car's major 55,000-mile service. There were other issues needing attention that I learned aren't included under the extended warranty, but Louis Pisano, the Service Director, had the repairs done at a fraction of the stated cost as a customer goodwill gesture. Upon picking up my car, I was pleased to see it freshly washed and vacuumed, but when I checked the oil dipstick, I was distressed at the color of the oil, as the oil and filter change were included in the major service. When I brought my concern to their attention, they unhesitatingly asked me to drive the car into their nearest open service bay where they examined the car in my presence. As it turned out, the oil/filter change had indeed been properly performed and I was unduly alarmed. That the dealership took this extra step to ensure my satisfaction confirmed my confidence that my car will continue to receive the best of care when it's serviced at Cavender. Mojda Abdulrashid was my service advisor, and she unfailingly displays professionalism and courtesy. Cavender Audi works hard to satisfy their customers and, as an Audi owner for more than 15 years, they have certainly earned my loyalty.
