Jeff was terrific. He found the exact Jeep I wanted and kept me posted continuously as it took its journey to get here. Not once did I have to call him and ask what was going on. Then Wanda was awesome in financing. Easy and fun actually. Thank you everyone you made this buying experience great. Oh and I love my new Jeep!!!
I tried shopping around to get the best deals and I could not find any better price than Jeff Kasman's offer. Similar dealerships promised me lower prices but they could not give me the courtesy that Randy Booth offered me nor the sincerity that I felt from Jeff. Being "personable" to me as a buyer made me buy from Dayton Andrews.
This was by far the easiest, no haggle experience ever. I knew what car I wanted, called to ask questions about it, stopped by and drove it home without feeling that typical car buying pressure. Martin was able to work with me to get the exact truck I wanted, down to specific options. The truck had to be brought over from other town making my purchase quick and easy. Martin works with you over the phone even after working hours/days.

A great dealership to deal with. They give you a great price, no pressure, no back and forth with this offer, that offer, "my sales manager said....", NONE of that - just an easy process. My husband and I were very comfortable dealing with David Cooper - outstanding individual! We found this dealership online, saw the car we wanted, color and features, made an appt., arrived for the appointment, and within 30 minutes the deal was done. Outstanding price. Drove from Citrus County to deal with Ferman Chrysler - well worth the trip.

My GF and i were in the market for a jeep Cherokee. We purchased a brand new car and it broke down and was having some shifting problems right away. The service department with bill was good about fixing whatever issue that occurred. Was slightly disappointed in sales with selling us a car that would break down right away. But overall their customer service was good. The finance Manager was very helpful as well. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my new car.
