Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at Hollern and sons. I found a car on their website and then I stopped in and talked to Joe Walters and he showed me the car and answered all of my questions. Joe suggested we take the car for a test drive. Joe was very informative and I purchased the car. Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
Look no further when trying to decide where to buy a car. Felt very comfortable when walking the lot and inside. Felt no pressure from any salesmen and they were very considerate with your wants and needs. I highly recommend working with Devan. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and easy to talk to. Definitely will be a returning customer.
I purchase a new vehicle every 12-18 months. I have dealt with every dealer in Utah County and the majority in Salt Lake County. Most of these dealings did not end in a sale due to poor customer service, knowledge etc.
I’m a self-admitted demanding customer, which naturally would preclude several dealerships.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Doug Smith Jeep, American Fork, in the past 4 months. One new vehicle had issues I wouldn’t tolerate and the dealer worked with me and gave me a fair deal on a second vehicle, which was the same model etc. This would total 3 vehicles in 4 months.
Chris Smith and Gabe Smith are the most friendly and professional car sales folks I have ever dealt with. They understand the customers needs and wants and work tirelessly to make things happen.
They truly work for the customer. They are not pushy, overbearing or otherwise unpleasant.
The buying experience with them and their dealership is absolutely second to none.
I will never purchase a vehicle from any other dealer as long as they work at Doug Smith.

I cannot begin to express how pleasant it was to deal with this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Dom Maier. I could not have asked for a more polite, knowledgeable and professional person to work with. I live near Richmond Virginia and there are very many Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealers between here and Salisbury. I spent many hours meeting and talking to many of them. After one phone call to Dom and Mike Beauchamp I was done searching. This team not only helped me find the perfect truck, they made it extremely easy to buy. It was time to trade in my truck and to be honest, the only reason why I ended up at this dealership was because they had the truck I wanted. So I made contact to see if we could make a deal and well they appraised my vehicle at less then I owed. So I thought that I was taking my business else where but then they offered me more then I owed. I was very pleased but worried I couldn’t afford the truck I wanted. Then I started talking with Kyle about financing. I told him what I wanted for a payment and he made it happen. The next hurdle was showing up to trade in my truck two days later when the check engine light came on. I was now dealing with Noel. I thought for sure that the deal was off but Noel reassured me not to worry and that he would do his best to get me in the truck I wanted. After some waiting he came back and we walked in to sign the papers. I was thrilled then Noel asked who my insurance was and if I was interested in taking a look at lowering it, i said sure and he made some calls. After about 20 minutes we found a company that lowered my insurance by $80 a month. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and it’s fantastic staff to everyone. Thanks
Driving my new jeep is so much fun. It runs and drives well and I'm really excited about it. I bought it from Dave at colonial. He was really helpful and informed me about everything I wondered and had questions about. I will go back later when I needed another car.
