Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled

Went to several different other dealerships and all were painful long tedious with the EXCEPTION OF LANDSDALE Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. REGINA JACOBS was refreshing… informative, patient showed me several different options to meet our budget. She then worked her butt off in trying to get me the magic # that I required. Inventory at Lansdale Dodge Jeep Ram has Quality Stock far better than other dealerships. Do what we did… Venture out and see for yourself that you will not want to go to another dealership when you compare.

They went out of there way to help me in tough time. My newborn was in the hospital and I needed to get most of it done without coming in to dealership. The owner spoke to me several times and the entire team there was great. Got the car I wanted, in the price range I gave them, and picked it up and was on my way in like an hour.
