Received excellent service, clear definition of work and estimate of cost for the services agreed upon. Called for pick up much sooner than expected. Will continue using maintenance service at this dealership.
Clay your Jeep service advisors are top notch. The coffee bar, not so much. Looking for sugar with no help. Had to walk across the sales office and get it myself. It's the little things that mean alot.
Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. After three weeks and multiple test drives at multiple dealerships, accompanied by sales pitch after sales pitch attempting to force me into just any vehicle and not the one I specifically was in search of, I reached out to Huffines in Lewisville. Before ever stepping foot onto the lot, the general manager sent a few cars listing their attributes. Upon receiving them, they invited me to come in and Terry presented the 2018 Jeep Compass of my dreams. I was sent the upfront, true no haggle price and once I arrived test drove the vehicle. They provided a full Carfax detail and I feel like Terry and the team at Huffines went above and beyond my expectations. The general manager spoke to me first removing all pressures to buy. Terry spent quite a bit of time with me and even their finance team was very informative and easy to understand. This being my first car purchase, I can't thank the entire team enough for such a positive experience. I will be referring more of my friends and family to Huffines for the unmatched level of service.
Larry was our salesman via the internet. We located the vehicle and it was more than we ever hoped for. It trumps a new car! Larry answered every question, was courteous, timely, and knowledgeable about our vehicle. I would definitely purchase from Huffines again!
Serbice rep, Tony L, was exceptionsl as was the excellent service he provided. And, the mechanics detail in providing repair was also appreciated. I am very pleased on the running and operation of my car. It really even sounds better! The svc rep was very clear and detailed when asking questions, and, he even took time out to drive my car. Also noted, the next day i had a svc limo come to my house to dtive me to the facility. Curb svc was unexpected! Thank y'all!
The sale manager Zack set me up with Adam Ortiz and Adam was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in helping me through the process. Even after the purchase he came to my home and went over the truck and explained everything to me and even helped me set things up. I would defiantly recommend Huffines and Adam to anyone looking to make a purchase.
Alex Padilla always does a great job servicing my vehicle. He is attentive to the work that needs to be done and always takes the time to explain how much any service work I need will cost. That is why I have been coming back to the dealership since 2011. I always have a good experience.

Mistakes happen and we were able to work through the issues. This Colorado truck is for my wife and with Gabby explaining everything about the options to her and me was great. We had actually picked out another Colorado with less options and when we found out it did not have remote start we went to another one and Gabby or Monte did not hesitate to move us to another truck. We had a good experience.
