I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I receive at Westbury Jeep Service when Angela handles my service calls. She is courteous & professional, and she is always in a good mood. Dom is also amazing to work with. He takes care of everything and never returns a car to me that???s not perfectly fixed. Two of the best!!
I recently was in the market for a Ram truck, after a short conversation about what I wanted, the salesman and general manager found me exactly what I was asking for and gave me the best deal I could find in the tri-state area. They were upfront and honest about the offer and didn't try to stretch my budget. I was super happy and will purchase all future cars/trucks through this dealership. This review is so close to five stars, but I was slowed down at first by an inattentive and unhelpful salesman who I won't dwell on, or name here. I was saved by Business Development Director, Michelle Scalise. Michelle listened to my issues and dealt with each one in a thorough and fair manner. She taught me some things about the vehicle features that were behaving in a way that I didn't understand and she provided remedies for the legitimate failures. Everything is resolved now and I am thrilled with my purchase and would shop at Security again for sure. The guys in service and parts were patient and helpful and even the valet was a gentleman.
Called to make 10K Service on ???17 Scat Back Shaker, they gave me an appointment for 6 weeks from call. Pull in for service on date, greeter says hi why are you here-no clue on appointment made 6 weeks prior. They did good job on service, few things to act upon at 15K as well. However, how much do u want to bet at 15K service, they will forget about the 10K pending issues. Dashboard has rattle that don???t want to take apart to look for, so still has rattle.

This was my first time and Paramus Jeep and I can say that it will not be my last. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jay the sales manager and introduced to Jerome the salesman. Right away they explained all possibilities I had to keep me within my monthly payment limit. Numerous times throughout the process Jay stopped over to insure it was going smoothly. Jerome expedited the process knowing I had limited time to complete the purchase and I cannot be more happy about my new Jeep. I want to thank Jay and Jerome for making this the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced!
