It took a couple of visits, but due to the persistence of David Pearson, I came out a happy customer. Though at one point we both wanted to throw in the towel. He Was Amazing!! Did a great job and never gave up on trying to help me. He, in my opinion is a great asset to your business.
Have been shopping around for a few months, called Bayway and explained what I was looking for and my price range, Jose Rico texted me the next day with what Bayway could offer, I called to verify and went in that evening, Bayway actually did better than the text, we purchased the truck, upon delivery the next day(Friday) we noticed a small scratch, the sales manager Omar came out to look at the scratch and said it would be repaired on Monday when we drop the truck off to have the running boards installed, we dropped the truck off Monday evening, were given a dealer car until Tuesday when we picked the truck up. Scratch was repaired, running boards installed, and the truck was completely detailed again for the inconvenience. Amazing deal and customer service, will definitely buy from Bayway Pasadena again. thank you Jose and Omar.
The sales person was very polite explained everything that needeed to be explained, walk in took care of me in about an 1 hour in half everything was complete in my new jeep, it was everything i expected
Mr. Keegan Hunter and David Pederson were very helpful in helping me find the truck that i wanted. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They accommodated to my schedule both even on separate occasions staying after their schedule to make sure i was well taken care of. i will certainly send my contacts their way.
Began our journey on Black Friday to find a nee Jeep. Stopped at Southfork CDJR first since it was local. Worked with Albert Woods on my wish list for a new Wrangler. Left the dealership and looked at a few others just to see who else had what. We sent Albert more info on additional possibilities. We received a text from him a few days later saying he had found what we were looking for with just a couple of differences. We went back to Southfork and met with Albert again. Decided we would take the new Wrangler even if it wasn???t an exact match. During the negotiations with our trade, there was no pressure at all to buy. We almost decided to leave and wait for what we were looking for but Albert and the sales team really worked with us on the deal. They made a great offer on the price that we couldn???t pass up. We made the deal and are glad we did. Jordan Fournet in finance was very courteous and again no pressure to purchase anything more we didn???t want. Answered all our questions and even shared a great video with us. The whole thing took just a couple of hours and we were on our way in my brand new Wrangler. I will definitely return to Southfork for my services and even future car purchases if I???m in the need of a new vehicle. Check them out as they won???t disappoint!
I went with my boyfriend to sign papers on his new truck. I went walking around the new and pre owned inventory just looking and there it was....the car I've wanted for years! Nissan Murano! The price was good, it was loaded with all the toys i could imagine and more! And was right there. A mentioned it to the salesman helping my boyfriend and he had it out front before I knew it. I test drove it and became an owner right there. They gave me a good deal, and a good deal on my trade sight unseen. I drove my new car home that day. The sign on the door said no commissioned sales people. I was not pressured, my opinion mattered, and I felt like I was the best customer of the day. The process was easy. Never had a car sales experience like this. EVER. Albert was helpful and interested in what I had to say. He introduced me to John Aldridge, the used car sales manager and then to Gabriel with financing. Gabriel was able to get me another percentage point lower and I feel I was treated fairly and I got my best deal. And I wasn't even looking! I was impressed with the way they treated my friend, and I felt very comfortable buying my new car.

Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.
Really great buying experience. They bent over backwards to show me new and used trucks as I weaved my way through the options. In the end got a very nice truck and I'm very happy with the overall experience.
We were greeted promptly and showed the exact car we had been looking at online. Our salesman, Liam, even took it upon himself to put our son's child seat in the new car for our test drive. The car buying process had its usual bargaining, but the process went way quicker than expected. The customer service from Liam and the kids area for our son definitely made it a great experience! We would definitely recommend Autonation!
