So my husband and I started the whole car buying experience the last week of October. We started at Classic Dodge of Denton. While there we were treated horribly by the sales manager Keith. It was just one thing after another and he lied about us and our approval. We than went the following weekend (first Saturday in November) to The Jeep Dealership in Rowlett Texas where we met with Chris and his Mother. By the end of the 12 hours of being there we were told we were approved for a 2014 Jeep Latitude. Perfect wasn???t what we wanted but that was okay it was new to us. And that???s were the worse two weeks of our car buying experience dragged on. We found out when we got the car home that Sunday that our temp tags were not legit for 45 days but rather 3 days. Than that Tuesday we found out that the paperwork we signed wasn???t approved and legit. It was a nightmare. It wasn???t until the following Saturday (Nov 11) when my husband and I called Huffines Jeep in Plano, Tx at 8:30pm. We were connected to Adam. He listened and was very understanding. He asked how fast could we drive to them they would be there and open no matter how long it took. At 9:03pm my husband and I walked in. Adam, The Sales Director and a Finance Gentleman were waiting for us. Within in 30 minutes we had renewed hope. Saw the car we would end up buying. That Monday Adam called said that by weeks end he was going to make us extremely happy. And honestly he kept his word. We literally by Thursday at 9am walked in got our new car which was washed, full of gas, and inspected. The Huffines Team lead by Adam is extraordinarily amazing and we are so thankful for them. The week before last Adam (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) called to make sure the car was still fitting our needs. On Monday (Dec 9th) we received a phone call letting us know our plates were in and we could pick them up. I pulled in today (Dec 12), sent a Text to Adam letting him know I was there and he responded quickly and seemed genuinely excited to hear from me. We are going to be buying a second car in the next few months and we are already planning to be working with Adam. Again, like the title said it Started out as the worse Car buying Experience and ended up the best! I have wanted a Lexus RX since I first saw a family member drive one when I was in grade school (almost 20 yrs ago). So in October of 2017, I came here with my boyfriend to meet with AFTON in hopes of getting a Lexus RX 350 as a birthday gift... Well the numbers just did not work due to the negative equity I had to carryover from my trade-in; I was CRUSHED to say the least. My bf kept telling me you can try it again next year & I was so OVER him saying that until I realized he did it b/c he was going to propose to me a week later... (mic drop) He wanted my birthday to be memorable b/c of him not the car, lol... We got married in July of 2018!!! So here we are an entire year later, my current car is still in good condition but could use some TLC that I was going to have to pay for out of pocket. I looked into multiple other options & dealerships, but the road led me back to AFTON... It was a Sunday evening & I kept thinking about our first interaction when she told me she understood my situation b/c she had been in the same one & worked her way out of it. I couldn???t afford to wait any longer & the clock was ticking on me making the decision to refinance my current car or just get a newer one, so I looked for AFTON???s number (still in my phone from the previous year) & texted her right then... I thought ???This is CRAZY! She???s not going to remember you & it???s SUNDAY... She???s not even at work!??? I???m happy to say I was wrong... She did remember be & she texted me back promptly that same evening. By the next morning (Monday), I had texted her all of the info for my trade-in to see how much they could give me for it; by Thursday evening I was able to visit the showroom again... This time I had ZERO EXPECTATIONS! I told her I just wanted a newer car that was affordable & she said she could definitely do that. She remembered the car I really wanted from the previous year???s notes she???d saved & within 30 minutes had found a newer one in my price range... We took it for a test drive & I FELL IN LOVE, but I still tried not to get my hopes up b/c ???what are the odds this is going to work out now in less than a week???s time & I wasn???t even asking for it?!???... Well it worked! I spoke with AFTON about financing over the next two days (Friday/Saturday) then picked up MY DREAM CAR on Monday afternoon!!! AFTON was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was down to earth, relatable & kept me informed every step of the way! AFTON is AWESOME!!!

Drives more like a sedan not a van. Solid steering and nice acceleration. Hugs the road nicely and has ample room for suitcases and trips to the grocery as well as weekend projects.

This was my first visit to AutoNation Ford. Easy and painless. I set an appointment on-line for a 30,000 mile check up and service for my vehicle. Met my Service Adviser, Jerry Fisher. Mr. Fisher was helpful and attentive. Kept me updated throughout the visit. The appointment was for 1pm and I was out by 2:30pm. Everything that I asked to be done was done. A couple of things I requested, transmission fluid change and tire rotation was not. The items were checked, but deemed not necessary at this time. Fluid level and condition was fine and tire wear was not sufficient to warrant the tire rotation. Saved me a few dollars on the visit. That is always a good thing. Told Mr. Fisher I appreciated his help and expertise and that from this point on, whenever I come in for any service issues ... emergency or routine ... he is my point of contact.

This is a low-pressure organization with Good People selling used cars with a bit of performance at low prices. I bought a nice 2011 Kia Forte EX from them and was impressed by their honesty and transparency. This car was priced comparably to 8 other cars I considered at other dealerships -- all of which were higher priced and of lower quality. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car.

After speaking with Limon, I decided to make the drive from Oklahoma to finally buy my dream car, a Cadillac SRX. I was not disappointed I was happy that I made the trip. has enough room for my needs but front end problems every 20,000 miles and transmission problems in the cold weather can never permanently fix it

Found them on Cars.com. Fast call back with lots info. I went in for a test drive took it to my mechanic, it all checked out fine. They ordered me extra key Fob along with front pumper trim which I wanted replaced. Highly recommended. Great customers service and follow up.

Have only owned for a couple days so far, but it's exactly what I needed for my service fleet. More fuel efficient than the truck or van, but still lots of cargo room for parts and equipment.
