I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was exactly as advertised. It was what I needed and they were very helpful though out the process. I was nervous buying remotely and they took extra pictures really helped me feel more at ease buying sight unseen. They even worked out a way to inexpensively ship the vehicle up to me in the Upper Panninsula of Michigan. Melissa and Kyle were awesome and helped facilitate the deal. Just purchased a new 2023 Jeep Compass at Gladstone Dodge. First, this is my 2nd Jeep vehicle. Second, the reason I purchased Jeep again is because of the quality of that brand. My Sales Rep, Dylan Burriss, sold me my first Jeep in 2016 at this dealership. Let me tell you about Dylan. He knows what his customers want even if he has never met you before. I have known him for 7 years since buying my first Jeep. He did a great job! In 47 years of buying new cars, I know he is a one of a kind guy. He really is great in this business. I trusted him fully when I contacted him, sent him a photo of the car I was interested in and he said are you sure you are going to like that one. I truthfully told him I looked at another one too. I told him I trusted him and to hit me up with the one he would pick for me. I went in for my appointment and was not disappointed. He showed me both cars and he was so right. I drove away in my brand new Jeep that day. This was the smoothest, easiest experience with Gladstone Dodge. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

David was great to work with and his wife, Adele, as well. I drive two hours to see the car and was able to drive away less than an hour later. Couldn’t have had a better car biting situation, I would completely recommend working with David.

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

Sent my father and husband to look at a car for me and got an honest opinion from the owner. I know because my husband is a skilled mechanic with 30 years experience. The owner ended up hiring my husband as we just moved here from St. Louis and it was the start of a beautiful friendship. First he was their mechanic. These guys are selling cars that sell themselves with affordable prices and reliability. They aren't sales men! I can say that as a customer myself I am very pleased. Good people not your normal car lot salesmen. Went to look at one car but ended up getting a different one he had on the lot.

Outdoorsman Trim, 4x4, 5.7 and 6 speed. I bought this truck used in 2020 with 76,000 miles. It looked new and had excellent fit and finish. Car Fax showed 1 owner and well maintained. I always want to drive it everywhere as it is comfortable and smooth. Many modern features in an older truck. Gets about 17 mpg at 65 mph. I tow a travel trailer occassionally. Fitted RAM with E rated tires, Bilsteins and Tuff Truk springs. Great match for my trailer. Engine failed at 132,000 miles due to poorly designed rollers seizing. Do i replace engine or buy new Truck? Love the truck too much. Still in incredibly nice condition so a new engine for $8700 dollars was the decision. Plan to keep the truck as long as possible.

Derek at the dealership responded to my messaging so when I got there, I told him who I was he took me straight to the car I was interested in answered all my questions. I test over the car and gave him money to hold it and then just bought the car. This was easy. He was knowledgeable. He was aware of in a mechanical problems that the car had and had Had repaired.

Bought my 2013 Ram 1500 Express regular cab 4X4 with 5.7 Hemi new in 2013 and it now has 207,500 miles! I did replace a lifter and cam at 187,000 miles last July which does happen with the 5.7 but I did the repairs myself so cost was minimal with just parts. Since I had to do that why not go bigger!!! Bigger cam, eliminate VVT and MDS, headers, Hi flow oil pump, etc and a custom tune!!! Replace brakes every 70,000 miles and on my third set of tires but I now switch between summer and winter tires. Just put new shocks and struts on this last fall. Only has one small rust spot on right rear wheel opening which is really good for NW Ohio! I plan to keep this truck running and on the road at least another 200,000 and ten more years.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.
