I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. I will buy from Jacob and Massey for my next Cadillac.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Treated fantastically by all the employees at Jeep in Davenport. They worked with me to get the monthly pymt I wanted, and no pushy salesman. Me and my husband thought Anthony was super nice and knowledgeable.

I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

This dealership arranged pickup of my truck from my home and delivered it back to me after work completed! Outstanding experience. Looking for good safe car for daughter. Met a great salesman. Jimmy, came over and asked if needed anything. Explained what we wanted and he helped us right out. Wasn’t pushy or over baring. Had answered all questions, and was very transparent on how the process works. Found a great car and told him that’s the one. Went in and got paperwork going. We did all necessary paperwork didn’t wait long and met with finance Bill was great too. Explained everything as well. Even gave us some good advise. Transparent with with information their as well. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I worked with Logan over the phone trying complete the purchase of a pickup they advertised online. He was extremely professional and tried to get me the deal I was looking for, but we couldn't come to terms; not for his lack of trying. He presented their best deal and I chose not to accept it. All in all it was a positive business exchange and I would work with him again if I see another vehicle I'm interested in

Great place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a Grand Wagoneer and the salesman knew the features of the car and answered all our questions. Very professional staff here. Professional and they made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Service was fabulous also. I drove 3 hours to get here and it was well worth the extra time and money. 8 dealers in my area didn’t know the car or it’s features, and told me that it only came in black or white. There loss.
