I found them online searching for used diesel trucks through Carfax. I called about a truck when I saw they had one listed like one I was looking for for, the pictures of it looked really good. I drove 2 1/2 hours and was really impressed with it and thier operation. Dustin let me drive it and we talked about it. I drove home and searched for another week or so. I kept coming back to this truck and decided this was the one, I called and made an offer and Caleb made the deal with me and agreed to accept my offer.
After two weeks of looking for others I drove back down after securing financing and finalize the deal with Mike and drove home with my newer truck.
I live 2 1/2 hours away found a truck I liked and looked at the pictures and read the description. It was exactly what I wanted and hoped the pictures were all true. Talked to a guy on the phone and drove up the next day. Pictures did no justice truck was much nicer in person and bought it. Great family owned business great service!
I was in need of a good used car, I came across the add for a 2011 Chevy Traverse, looked at the car and then let them know I was interested. They made the process super easy and if I could give them more stars I would. After several emails back and forth I went down to test drive the car and ultimately purchased it. Michele had all the prep work done, so it was a few signatures and explanations and in about an hour I was done. I was pre-approved, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in, this could not have been a better car buying experience. Very nice and clean dealership. I will buy my next JEEP there.

I inquired over the "web" about a car listed on cars.com, especially since I am a few hours away from their location. Their internet sales agent was very prompt and courteous. The offer estimate on my trade was half what's considered typical trade value, they say do to a factory buyback and outstanding recall (which can't be performed do to lack of parts); items not Griffeth's fault.
My biggest concern though, was discovered when going to their website to get more descriptive info on the car I was interested in. In addition to pictures they had a "video" which was really just a narrated slideshow of several more pictures, which obviously were taken just after they received the car. These pictures showed a car that could have been used for offroading, or worse.
Based on that I decided to end my pursuit of the purchase. One would be concerned about the car's history, even though it might not show as having an accident or flood, etc. in it's carfax.
This dealership is wonderful. The employees were friendly, helpful, without any high pressure sale's tactics. They kept a car for me without a deposit. Their prices were excellent and no outrageous dealer fees. This dealership's customer service is exceptional. Thank you!
Salesman Dan and other employees we spoke with were very friendly and professional. Any questions we had were answered satisfactorily and paperwork was done in a short time. Excellent price on the vehicle we chose and a fair trade in price was offered. Would gladly do business with this dealership in the future.

Justin Taylor not only knew exactly what my father wanted, but went above and beyond to get the exact model Jeep with all the options and color he wanted.
