He asked questions to determine exactly what the right vehicle was going to be for me, and stayed within my price range. What I love about him is that he isn???t a shmoozy salesman, trying to pressure you into anything. He just listened and did the research to find my dream car. He was available by his cell phone at all hours to answer any questions I had, and never once made me feel stupid. This is the kind of dealer you want to work with when buying a car. I found a truck I wanted on Cars.com and contacted the dealer. The salemen told me that when he went to pull it around he noticed a puddle and set the vehicle up for service. To make a long story short, the truck needed transmission repairs and the service department told me the truck was not available to sell until it was repaired. It is nice that they made sure the repairs were handled, but I wasnt kept informed and needed a vehicle quickly, so I purchased from another dealer.
Before even seeing the dealership in person my experience was positive. Made a call and they put the vehicle I was looking at online on hold for me. Upon arrival you see several very nice buildings which were very clean and nice inside. Spend several hours where Mike helped us with financing and we left happy with what we came for. Recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

I bought a new Cadillac XT5 in August and had a slow leak in the left rear tire where it was losing 2-4 psi a week from the day I bought it. I called Serra and they said I could bring it in now or wait for my first oil change and get it serviced then. To save time, I decided to wait and brought it in for an oil change on Dec. 8th so they could fix what I assumed was a simple rim leak.
It turned out, there was a staple in the side wall. To my complete satisfaction, they replaced the $200 tire and put me right back on the road again.

This is my 5th truck with Galeana Dodge and my best experience so far. Patrick Blake was my sales rep. and on a scale of 1 to 10 his knowledge, service and friendliness was a 12. Everyone from the General Manager to Finance and Sales gets an A ++.
Misleading ads. Big difference between ad and actual quote. Almost 3 times. There are a lot of conditions to get the ad price. Shocked when I saw the quoted price. The staff was friendly.
