I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I was looking for a VERY specific car [New 2017 or 2018 SUMMIT WHITE CHEVY MALIBU PREMIER WITH BLACK LEATHER INTERIOR, EQUIPPED WITH THE SUN & WHEEL PACKAGE]. As simple as it sounds, the search for this car was LITERALLY like searching for a needle in a hay stack! Out of all the Chevy dealers near me, Stringray Bartow was the ONLY dealer that had this vehicle readily available for me to pick up ASAP. Granted I had to drive an hour and a half to get there, but it was well worth the trip! Plus the car came equipped with a few extras that I didn't ask for. I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Malibu and the sale team were great. Vehicle was in detail shop and waiting for us when we arrived. We were unsure of what color was right for us so Malibu parked the vehicles side by side for comparison and then stayed after working hours to close the deal. Thanks

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

I bought a 2026 RAM 3500 from desoto on October 3rd and it was the best experience I have ever had. Very laid back, no pressure. I went down to take a look at the truck and it was exactly what I wanted, still no pressure to sell. I called back a few times to make sure the truck hadn't been sold and they assured me it had not. When I went down to purchase the vehicle. they had it detailed, gas tank full, and all of that but the reason I will never buy another car from anyone else is the fact that they were up front, extremely friendly. Called me a few times to give me an update. from the sales manager to the receptionist, totally friendly and respectful. I always dress down like short and t shirt when i go to shop and have walked into dealerships, they took one look and said, used cars are over that way. No such thing at Desoto. Gustavo, and Chad took extremely good, nonpressured, care of myself and family while we were there. Not to mention, they had the best price on my vehicle but a bunch, like 8000 a bunch. Dont let anyone tell you differently. if you want a no pressure top of the line car shopping experience, before you settle with the big names around you, please do yourself a favor and look at Desoto. I promise you will never be disappointed.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.
