This is the most ridiculous vehicle that I've ever owned by a wide margin, and while you can find a car that beats it in one category, taken as a whole, there is no close second for this Swiss Army Knife truck. You can take your lady to a black tie event in style, then load it up for some serious offroading and camping deep in the backcountry. My son's favorite feature is how it handles off-road, despite the modest tires; we often pass bigger traditional ICE off-road vehicles. If you are looking for a commuter, there are better value luxury EVs, but if you want one vehicle that does it all well, this is it. As for downsides, the top of my list is the servicing model. As a small company, you need to schedule far out. No calling to get a same-day or same-week service appt. like a legacy company with multiple local dealers to choose from. Luckily EVs in general don't need to go into the shop often.

We had a great purchase experience, thanks to exceptional service from our sales representative, Tommy Lane, who was able to find us the vehicle with the colors and features we wanted and get it to their dealership from another dealership the same day. He also took almost an hour after his shift was supposed to end to go over all the vehicle features before we went home with the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. Edward Brown also did a great job during the sales paperwork process of fully explaining every document and walked us through the various financing and warranty options without pressuring us into any specific route.

Allan did an amazing job of helping me get info on cars and CarMax process. Ultimately they didn't have the car I wanted but I did end up selling my used Kia there. Kim was amazing and super pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process exchange. Will use them in the future 100% if I need to.

Supercar fast with truck utility and serious off-road capability. Best truck I’ve ever owned. Kids love riding in it and crawling through tunnel. A great first truck from Rivian.

Put the refundable deposit down in July ‘21 and our truck arrived Dec ‘22. We have 7,435 miles as of today with zero problems. I rotated the AT tires at approximately 5k miles and it looks like we might get 30k miles out of them. Not bad considering the performance and weight of this truck. Everyone that has ridden in or driven our truck has been blown away. We were lucky enough to have gotten it before the price went up, but after having owned it for the last 7 months, it would still have be worth it after the price increase. Hard to find a vehicle that checks so many boxes. I grew up driving F-250/F-350’s and this obviously can’t carry what they can. It also isn’t a RWD sports car. But it fits our needs and lifestyle perfectly. We love this truck and have no regrets at all about purchasing it. Drive one if you get the opportunity!

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I purchased my 2017 ram 2500 from kar-Mart in Burlington and got sick of them lying about services that needed to be done and not taking responsibility for what they had previously done improperly. My truck recently came down with a bad ICU for the traction control and it would intermittently come on and off. I called around to all of the dealers and nobody said there's a fix yet except Steven at Marysville rairdon. He got me in very promptly and fixed the problem so far so good. Even corporate Chrysler said there is no fix but the new ICU would work for a year or two and they would reimburse me the cost of the repair which came to almost $1,300. We'll see how that goes but Steven called me and told me my brakes pads in the front were very low and falling apart. I've been a professional mechanic for a year and have always taken care of my vehicles myself for many years. I told him I wanted to see the parts because I remember looking at the driver's side pads and they looked just fine. When I got there they showed me the parts and the passenger side pad was very low and falling apart because my caliper was hanging up. That made absolute sense because I kept hearing random break noises on the right side and I only looked at the driver's side pads in the front which still looked fine. I am very happy with the communication and overall work from the Marysville crew. I have found my new dealer that I actually believe I can trust unlike kar-Mart which no longer operates service on the weekends. The only thing I don't like about the Marysville dealer is that they won't bring me home because I'm just outside of their mileage limit but other than that Steven worked with me very well to find a time that worked for both of us. Steven in service made me feel like I was dealing with a close friend and that is very hard to find in this industry!! I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.
