I had been shopping for a pre-owned S550 for quite some time and came across one that caught my attention on Excel Auto's website. I had the pleasure of buying my first Maserati with Sean Williams, Sales Specialist at Maserati of Greenwich. Being a first time Maserati buyer, Sean was patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Sean never acted like a pushy sales person like other sales guys at competing Maserati dealers. Upon delivery of my car, he walked me through the whole car and made sure I knew all that Maserati has to offer. I would highly recommend Sean to anybody who is looking to purchase a Maserati.
I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Chris and Tyler were especially courteous and made our buying experience the best we've ever had from a car dealership. In case you're thinking, "Duh, when you buy something that expensive, they have to kiss your @$$," we bought a used Jeep for less than 30K. Shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned GT Coupe I came in contact with almost all the dealers in California during the process. Beverly Hills Bentley was wonderful to work with and was much quicker to respond than any of the others. They wanted my business. I made contact initially with someone over the phone who then provided me all the information I needed. I asked a ton of questions and she answered all of them. She found a car that met my needs in their inventory. FYI, this dealership has more cars than any of the other dealers. I came in, loved the car and was driving home an hour later. Their finance department was great and shopped hard to find me the best rate. I was pleasantly surprised at the price we worked out for the car, they gave me a great deal. The entire experience was excellent. They sell a lot of Bentleys here and its no surprise, very easy to work with and very professional. I'll be back for sure
Was looking for a nice used Range Rover Sport. Luxury Auto had the perfect choice (I was looking for a very specific color combo). Not only was there no pressure to buy, when I asked about the condition of the brakes on this vehicle they had their mechanic re-inspect and install new rotors and pads! I will go out of my way to find a reason to buy from this dealer next time. When they move to their new location (late 2017...early 2018??) they should have a facility that truly matches the high level buying experience I had. Very pleased with my experience!!
I would highly recommend Miller Motors to anyone who is in the market for a Alfa Romeo Gulia. I was able to buy the exact model that I wanted with no problems. I contacted other Alfa dealers in the area and they did not have the model that I wanted in stock. Well I don't know where to start there is so much to tell about FLCS and I never wrote a review before but how could I not write one, here it comes and here how it started, I always had a dream car on my mind and that came on cars.com I was hesitating should or should I not call because I am not rich and had no money but sometimes thing are meant for you and you should not give up because that guy steve made it possible for me to get my dream car,how he did that well he Could of ignored me I am just a pizza boy from the Bronx wright compared to the rest of his costumers I am not rich but steve does not care for that he cares for true friendship and that's y he made me happy,so long story short I came to the offer that I couldn't refuse so I decided to go to Florida to meet him and I got picked up in the airport like a vip went to his paradise place and here comes steve and his crew welcomed me like they knew me long time I felt home wow and they walked me around the dealer what a place and they gave me a lunch wow what a dealer does that they fed me food and here it was my time came up they took me back to the airport came back to my home in New York I was so happy just I had the pleasure to meet Steeve and his crew but here is the worst part of my side steve calls me the next day and tells me the bank doesn't approve anything more 5 years older I got sad and told steve that car was not meant for me and his response shocked me and he said pizza boy that car is yours it's no longer for sale so I'll make it possible for you no matter how long it takes that car it's yours he said don't worry you'll get the car and he made that possible and delivered what he promised so steve I want to thank you from the bottom of my hart thank youuuuuu man you made the pizza boy happy so I am glad there is people who still care sorry if I wrote to much but I had to tell the story how it started but it will never end so will be selling a lot of pizza and I'll continue to buy more of my dream cars from FORT LAUDERDALE COLLECTION SOUTH cheers¿¿¿
Found car online, listed as under $59K. Emailed for information. No response so I called a second time. Got energetic, young and professional salesperson. Car price was unfortunately very high for a 2007 at $79K. Too bad as car sounded very nice but with price equal to 2010 DB9's and in 2012 Virage territory.
This Service Department listened to my concerns.
The service manager took me on a road test to show me how the features function on my Bentley.
He showed me features that my selling dealership never showed me.
I left my Bentley there serviced my Bentley.
They gave my a brand new Maserati to drive for a loaner vehicle.
My Bentley was completed and fully detailed.
That is what I call " Great Bentley Service"
