and Dorian Ford everyone has the supreme talent of listening and understanding
what the customer wants. They are very courteous, professional and go out of their
way to make sure you are 100% satisfied, weather you’re a first time customer or a long
time customer. What else I like about Dorian Ford is Mike and Carolyn (owners) will greet
you and make sure the service is 100% and will help you them self’s. I have checked
out other dealerships and I go back to Dorian Ford because other dealers cannot compete.

We were treated very well by our salesman Chris and David. We received a great value on the certified car we purchased and they worked with us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied with all of the details.
I was in the market for a used Jeep product. They had an excellent inventory of vehicles and great pricing. The salesman was very accommodating about showing what I wanted to see as well as letting me drive what I wanted.
The purchase went seamlessly and was quick and easy.
My only complaint was that I messaged this dealer through Cars.com about a vehicle and never received a response.
For the first time ever...buying a car was a pleasure! Our salesman 'Z" was amazing
and so knowledgable! I can not say enough about his approach and about him...I did not feel.pressured at all which was not the case at other dealerships.
Also the finance officer was so helpful..again..making the purchasing of the car a pleasure.
I will most definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
This is the first year I have purchased from rocky mount.

My man bought a 2019 Cherokee Jeep. I was so impressed with his Jeep, the next week I bought me a 2019 Jeep. Jasper Whitaker, the salesman was quick and done everything possible to get us approved. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Very pleasant staff treated me well as a potential customer. I test drove the car I spotted online and a very good time-limited deal was offered, but I had to decline actual purchase right then as I am still early in my "search" mode. Their car is still on my list of potentials as I continue my search. Fine folks, lots of cars, and negotiating a "deal" was upfront, no pressure, and friendly.
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
This is the third car we bought here. Everything through the process is always easy and fast. The customer service during and after getting the car is just awesome. The personal attention we receive from all the staff is just great. We would definitely recommend this dealer.

I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.
This is the second time I have used the service department for my Sante Fe. Each time the team members that I have had contact were professional and very helpful. On this visit a small request was overlooked. And b I mentioned during final review of the service the service manager immediately sent my car back in and had the issue resolved in less that 10 minutes. I have been very pleased with each interaction.
