The service we received from Bill Hood was above expectations. We were driving from Texas to Georgia, towing our camper when our trailer break controller failed. The first local dealer we went too couldn’t help us but when we took it to Bill Hood, they took in our F150, spent time diagnosing the problem, and found the issue. We were fortunate that they had a replacement brake controller on hand and replaced it right away to get us back on the road. Thank you to the service department for saving the day!

Great car for high schooler

Owning this car for 40,000 of it's 65,000 miles I can say that the avg 24MPG out of the 250hp HONDA 3.5L V6 is all you need for an SUV. It has plenty of interior room for cargo (even has a grocery bag holder built-in!) which only gets larger when you fold down the back seats. Moved to college and back 3 years with it and this drivetrain gave me ZERO issues. It's engine is from Honda, so that's what you expect :) The transmission shifted smoothly as well. I never got stuck in the snow with it, it has good ground clearance and being FWD just pulls you along in the snow no problem.
It's not the quietest car on the road, but softer tires helped that. I made a couple of upgrades to bring it to 2020 standards such as a new Bluetooth touchscreen radio (with backup camera) as well as installed a Viper 2-way remote start system. This helped tremendously with the cold Minnesota winters it endured. Would definitely recommend this vehicle if you can purchase one that has been well taken care of!
I'm very pleased with my buying experience. The salesman and the entire crew are friendly and passionate, patiently outlining every detail while providing prompt service. I was very comfortable dealing with them and I didn't feel rushed. Pricing is reasonable and they have a huge amount of cars for sale.

We brought this saturn vue redline in 2006 and when i traded it in it had minor issues with 292,000 as mileage used!!!! ( I like to think its longevity stems from the honda engine thats in it. LOL) I got all my moneys worth. Lol I probably would still own it if it wasnt a V6.
I got two cars from them Honda civic and Toyota Camry very happy with my purchases thanks independence auto i will definitely

WATCH OUT FOR RUST

I bought my 2006 Vue with only 74000 miles on it, one owner. Test drove it, didn't really notice any problems so bought it "as is" (big mistake). Got home and just didn't feel right so had a local garage check it out. Turns out the front motor mounts were completely rusted thru, another had busted because of undue stress, frame was rusted thru near rear wheel, side rails had severe rust issues but still structurally ok. Was able to repair rust issues but at significant cost. So if you are checking out a Saturn make sure you check the undercarriage carefully. Absolutely no issues with rest of car (did have to replace AC): Rides well, drives well, gas mileage is around 20 mpg, appointments are attractive and is just the right size for me.
In 2006 I took delivery of this gorgeous perfect #’s matched SUV with 4 miles on it. I had all the bells & whistles added onto my SUV, and it’s absolutely STUNNING!! I’m the original owner & I just now hit the 80,000 mile mark!!! This SUV is BABIED beyond belief & I never had any problems at all!! My vehicle still looks like it rolled off the showroom floor!!! No one drives it but me, I don’t even let my husband drive it!! I admit I am a little bit of a fanatic, but my Saturn VUE is in MINT CONDITION & never will be sold!! I get offers all the time, but the flatly turned down!! I hope Saturn will cone back, I HAVE HAN AN ENDLESS LOVE ❤️ AFFAIR SINCE I BOUGHT IT IN 2006!!!
Ismael Ramirez was great. He helped my son get his first car. He was very knowledgeable about his car. He took the time to go over every detail with us. He made sure everything was good on the car. Everyone in the dealership was nice.

I had a very positive experience with this car. I purchased the car used and drove it for 7 years up to 136,000 miles before selling. The only repairs I had over the years included a new battery, AC repair, and placing the fuel pump. It's been a reliable vehicle; only sold because I upgraded to something newer, no issues with the Saturn.
I started out looking for a late model used Impreza. Chris in sales was very attentive and helpful, but not at all high pressure. I wound up buying new, as there were plenty of financial advantages. Chris made the whole process very easy and quick. He even arranged to have an after market item installed on my car before I took final possession. A lovely experience all the way around.
I read people's reviews and feel bad for those who were not fortunate enough to get a decent deal. I bought a Honda Accord for my grandson (2008) and there were some cosmetic issues with the seats. With what I paid for the car and maintenance, replacing a door, oil change tune-up, changing out the old headlights and a good car wash, we got a deal. It's a chance you take, but I have no complaints.
For those who complain about there experience with ultimate rides, its a used car dealer, if you are going to buy a car from any dealer ship, look it over carefully,ITS USED! YOU GET WHAT YOU GET.I JUST BAUGHT A JEEP WRANGLER FROM THERE,THE PAPER ON THE WINDOW SAYS WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESNT,.IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY A CAR THAT MIGHT NEED A LITTLE WORK.GO BUY A BRAND NEW CAR.REMEMBER THEY ARE USED AUTOS.
First time at Grayson,,had 2 different
issues,, an oil change and broken
door handle. Excellent handling by 2
different service managers. David on
Oil change,, Bryan on the door handle.
Will definitely return for future service.
I bought a Chevrolet over the phone and made a 8 hour drive to pick it up. Everything was better than expected, still under warranty and in perfect condition. This is the third car from Great Lakes and there will be more
i HAD A BIT OF AN EMERGENCY ON A SATURDAY EVENING, AS MY DRIVER SIDE WINDOW BROKE ON A COLD WINTER DAY. SERVICEMAN AARON DID A GREAT JOB LETTING ME INTO THE SERVICE BAY, PUTTING PLASTIC ON MY DRIVER SIDE DOOR, AND SENINDG ME ON MY WAY, FREE OF CHARGE - THANKS SO MUCH!!!
My experience with Kelly Nissan was an excellent one. Although it was difficult finding a car during the pandemic, Kay Manning went above and beyond to find a car that met my needs. The sales representative Kay, Kelly customer service as well as the staff went above my expectation. Overall a great experience!
Larry Davis, was the best. He worked with me on buying my first car. He went the extra mile for me to get me into a hummer h3. I'm so grateful for his work, lol although when I went to pick up the h3 they couldn't find the keys. I recommend LD to anyone buying a car.
