Alex Stewart, was my advisor. He was polite, knowledgeable, and totally listened to my questions and inquiries. After service was completed, sat with me and explained what was done. I am very happy with St. Charles Toyota, and the quality of personnel. When I called to make the service appt. I was greeted by Kyle Lindquist, who was very efficient and professional in handling my request to my liking. I also needed to have my Bluetooth activated at my March 23, 2016 visit. Thrisha, helped me and guided me thru all the steps with much patience. All in all my visit yesterday went well, and I am completely satisfied.

Pros: looks sporty with nice details like cool wheels, great color choices, very reliable, fantastic gas mileage - 34mpg with traffic and 43mpg highway, under $20,000 to buy with lots of standard equipment, nice ride, relatively quiet, hatchback holds lots of stuff, good brakes, hardly ever see other iMs on the road, fun to drive Cons: back seat is small, not comfortable for tall or big people, engine is underpowered and noisy when pushed, black seats show dirt, no options or trim levels, sound system is good but could be better

I was only looking for a car with a Carfax report and this place had them. Online they have a good selection of cars. I did my homework online before going in. Before walking in I already knew what I was looking for (I had narrowed it down to two cars). From the time I walked into the dealer to the time I left, I felt welcomed. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions. My salesman, Siggy listened to all my requests and concerns. He was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

I really love this car. It looks great inside and out. its comfortable to drive in and is really quiet even on the free way. I love how it handles, the steering and breaking are very responsive and tight for the class of car. So far I have owned the car for almost two years, I drive uber and lift with it so I spend a lot of time and have put a good number of miles on it. Never any problems. It gets good gas,mileage usually around 32 with combined city and highway driving. I get compliments on it all the time. My only complaint is that it seems a little underpowered.

The car is all of my needs combined and is a great car to rely on. The interior is soft and comfortable and is an amazing drive. Sports mode is amazing, especially on the freeway and it has an amazing push. It has a great Bluetooth system and a great control over the sound system. Its a must have car.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Good looking car but without the power that causes high insurance premiums. Great utility. I constantly lay the seats down flat to carry large amounts of cargo. Just the right amount of modern features without being over the top.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car has been a super car for me. Sport mode is fantastic for Highway use when things get tense and the eco mode that runs standard is great for fuel economy. Plenty of room in all seating locations. And the premium sound system is hands down the best stock system I’ve ever heard.

Just replaced my 2008 Toyota Corolla with this 2016 Scion IM and I have to say I am very happy so far. The car is sporty not to mention comfortable seating and fun to drive! It was love at first sight. The blizzard pearl is beautiful. The back seat is plenty of room for my 4 yr old and his high back booster seat plus, room for 2 adults. The car is perfect for me not to mention Toyota quality, I just hope it lasts 9 yrs like my Corolla- trouble free. Time will tell!

I use the Scion iM for commuting as I have a high performance car for fun and driving in nice weather. The iM is the perfect commuter car for me. Great features for the price, very reliable and economical both in terms of good miles per gallon and low maintenance requirements. Not the quickest car around but it’s more than adequate for commuting and will cruise at 80MPH with ease. its also very quiet inside for an economy car. I’m very happy with the car.

For the money, it's a great car. Don't buy it if you're looking for something with more "get up and go" this is not your car. It's fairly comfortable on long road trips, and very reliable. The sound system is... okay. Nothing special. Other than that, I have no complaints.

First, I truly appreciated to these salesmen (Todd & Neil) & the great manager, Bruce who extremely nice to help us. There were excellent services that they provided to us (me & my wife). They listenned carefully from our concerns & provided all necessary information that we needed in a very quickly response. They didn't go around the burst for playing around with numbers here and there. They are straightforward, professional and helpful to facilitate us to make our good deals very easily. I couldn't believe that we showed up late night around 8:40p at the dealer store to trade in our old car & buy a new car for my wife. And luckily we met the very nice manager, Bruce, who greeted us at the front door who introduced us all the details from the new features to the current promotions about the new car, Toyota Avalon. And that was more than enough for us to grasp our deals quickly. It only took us less than 10 mins to get our deals of both trading & buying cars. Neil & Todd were the excellent salepersons who were good in technical support process. They followed up on me from emails, signed up on-line accounts & registrations as needed for the new owner. Also they took time to walk me through most of the safety features and the basic setup until I was ready to run on my own. They are my contacts now if any relatives or friends who need new cars I definitely will think of these people at this dealer on top of my list. Once again, it's great to meet the right people who made our day come true! And we truly appreciate it for the big help that the sale team in Toyota dealership in Richardson has provided to us! 5 stars plus! Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I own a V-8 Titan. I needed something small and gas efficient to drive around town. The scion IM does NOT disappoint. Great exterior. Amazing interior. Great gas mileage. I love this car and I am not a car person. It’s a a little slow on take off from stopped but once it gets going it’s fast and handles great. A lot of bang for your buck. With everything Toyota under the hood you can’t go wrong.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Comfortable, fuel efficient (in 26 months my average is 34.7 MPG with most of my daily driving being city miles), great sporty look and decent sized back seat and cargo area for a smaller car. For my needs, and the price point, it is great. But don't expect the same performance as some of it's competitors.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Excellent look. Roomy and comfortable interior. Handles like a sports car and has “sport” mode when you need it. Eco mode gets me 35+ highway! Oh and there’s also actual cargo space. And the premium sound system to top it off ;)
